The first car we bought was a Leaf. We tried to drive 40 miles. About 12 miles from home the battery had lost so much power that it was clear we couldn’t go the 40 miles. We traded for a Mirage. That car was uncomfortable and idle rough when stopped at lights. Sometimes it would feel like it was trying to jump forward. We traded for Jetta diesel. Love our VW. However it did come with the needs service light on. We have an appointment at the dealership. Hopefully that won’t cost us too much. All the staff was very friendly and returning the cars was simple. Sometimes it was difficult to reach anybody by phone. Lots of hold time. More

Buying the car online was very simple and easy, I did run into issues when my car was supposed to ship, it took longer than I had hoped to complete the inspection of the vehicle. I had to initiate the majority of the contact to ensure the process was completed per the timeline expectations that were communicated. I also have a bitter taste in my mouth of paying 800 dollars to have the brakes/rotors re-done or replaced because they arrived in an unsafe condition, the dealer offered to reimburse 300 because I had the job done outside of their normal process, it would have been helpful if they provided information with the vehicle on what to do in this situation. The vehicle also had additional cosmetic damage that was not noted on the website that was not transit damage from the delivery. I love the car and the initial stages of the purchase went smooth but the quality contorl issues unfortunately made the overall transaction bitter-sweet. More
