Generally, I find Carvana a well managed company with descent technology and a simple purchasing and on-boarding process. Sometime, the automated texts can be a little inaccurate, like when I am sent emails and texts asking me to complete information that has already been verified as completed. This is my second purchase from Carvana and I have also sold Carvana three vehicles. The delivery / pick up Carvana staff is professional and well trained. The whole concept makes a lot of sense and I am not surprised why Carvana is doing so well. One suggestion: Invest in more people on your call center to respond to questions and return calls. More
This was the best way I have EVER bought a car. It was definitely no hassle. I bought a SUV several years ago and the panoramic roof leaked. The dealer refused to do a trade or even do us right. I just had the best experience buying a car with Carvana! I never felt pressured and the person that I spoke with was honest and caring. I shopped for a week with dishonest dealerships that used trickery and I never felt pressured and the person that I spoke with was honest and caring. I was more than pleased to find the exact car I wanted with the best loan terms out of any of the big dealerships. I love my car and because I am so please with them, I will never take my “Carvana” tag off. A+ More
Bought a 2014 BMW 435 with low mileage, when I went to get the car inspected by BMW, I found that the car hasn’t been serviced needed over 4000 in service including plugs, oil change, tires, and the worse get the car inspected by BMW, I found that the car hasn’t been serviced needed over 4000 in service including plugs, oil change, tires, and the worse part is the BRAKES. All 4 brakes needed to be replaced. If you do purchase a car make sure you promptly get it inspected by the dealer. Other then that the process was easy. The customer service is useless as well. Everytime you call, I get put on with a different representative. With people saying they are putting in claims then when I call back the other rep has no clue what i am talking about. Be careful and do your research on the vehicle as well as take it to get inspected within the first 7 days. More
To be honest, I was a little skeptical about buying a truck completely online. After looking for months I found exactly what I was looking for at Carvana.com. After reading reviews and looking over every little detail that Carvana included online about the truck I decided to move ahead with the purchase. The process was so simple and easy and is designed to give the buyer peace of mind and did exactly that. If I had any questions I would just call and receive a prompt call back if the wait was long. They did call me and let me know that the delivery had a "logistical issue" that delayed delivery by 2 days but its understandable with todays new necessary precautions. The paperwork, registration, and contracts were all ready when the truck arrived. Test drive went well and so far I'm very pleased with my new-to-me truck. Thanks Carvana! More

Although my registration is a week late now, the whole experience was smooth and great! Delivery and purchase were very smooth. We placed an online order for a car on a Saturday, 10 Oct 2020. Completed the paperwork (e-signed) and all pre-reqs on Sunday; cash purchase. On Sunday I was informed that the amount of this transaction wou 2020. Completed the paperwork (e-signed) and all pre-reqs on Sunday; cash purchase. On Sunday I was informed that the amount of this transaction would take 3-5 business days to clear a bank transaction, so I would need to OK them to start the transfer process before I get the car (their standard process says this doesn't happen until you take delivery). I verbally approved. Monday was a bank holiday. I get a call Monday that because of the delay in clearing the financials, I would need to reschedule my pickup to a later date, which immediately invalidated all of my paperwork, so that would need to be re-signed. I never did that. Instead, I found a better vehicle on Monday and canceled my order with Carvana on Monday evening, after business hours. I called Tuesday morning, first thing, to confirm my cancelation. Confirmed. Tuesday afternoon, we realize that our bank account is now down the amount of the purchase. With no contract in place, and a canceled order, Carvana went ahead with the bank transaction when the banks opened on Tuesday. It is now the following Saturday, 17 Oct 2020, and after every day on the phone, escalating as high as I was allowed, we are told simply that the money has not come into their account, so they cannot refund my purchase. Despite the fact that they never should have initiated the transaction, and the fact that the bank transaction clearing house takes no longer than 2 business days, they have continued to postpone any refund to us. I suggested they send a different source of money back to us, since they actually DO have our funds, already, even if their "system" doesn't show the "Refund" button, but that was not even considered. There are no alternatives. So, Carvana withdrew my money from my account for a transaction that had been canceled and had no signed contracts in place, and has been drawing interest on my money. That is at least unscrupulous, if not illegal - I'm not a lawyer. Then there is nothing they can do for us until the Refund button shows up – whenever that happens? Customer service is obviously not a priority at Carvana. More
