Great service. This was my first time buying from Carvana. Really nice to deal with the staff when I went in to pick up my car. All the paperwork was filled out before I arrived. All I had to do was Carvana. Really nice to deal with the staff when I went in to pick up my car. All the paperwork was filled out before I arrived. All I had to do was sign a couple documents and drove away in my new (used) vehicle. It was shocking how easy it was. I was planning on having to be there for a couple hours like I had been used to in the past. The car was spotless when I received it and thoroughly cleaned. Completely painless and quick. Carvana even set up a date for me to have a new key made which was another weight off my back. The company came to my house and made it within 15 minutes. If you’re on the fence about where to start looking, no need to look any further. My future cars will come from Carvana. Plus, as an added bonus, you get the joy of seeing your car come out of a giant vending machine when you pick it up. More

Zero stars. Car presented to me had many imperfections not listed. Too many to list. Major problem was lies found on the so called “150 point inspection” that brakes were replaced and that the car was not not listed. Too many to list. Front brakes were less than 1mm (Nearly metal to metal) and customer “service” would not approve a brake replacement. Body had paint overspray on the front end in many places indicating some kind of accident cover up. Beware, once you get the car delivered and if you have any issues, I wish you luck. Customer service doesn’t care. They push you through the so called “warranty” service process which makes you think it will get fixed, only to be denied once the return period expires and the car is at the shop waiting to be fixed by them. Brakes are clearly not covered so why lie to me? The BBB should know about your deceptive practices. Worst experience ever. I just wanted the brakes fixed but since I got lies, you can scam someone else. Hope you get sued for false advertising and selling hazardous vehicles. I assure you, all my friends and family are aware to stay away from Carvana. More

I was a little nervous to buy a car online, but Carvana's reps were very good at making me feel secure about the process. It was actually almost too easy! My only gripes were dealing with the hold times on the phone calls - I waited over an hour on hold, and there never seemed to be a better time to call. And the chat bot is definitely a bot. Not human in the least and not very helpful. I think that's an issue I'd like them to resolve. It's a very stressful to put all your information into a computer for car purchasing. I wish they would prioritize humanizing their service to put people's mind at ease a little. More

The fact that you are buying something based on pictures wasn’t an easy decision, but I do not regret this deal, great vehicle It was exac beginning. At the dealership, the car vending machine experience was very cool and it only took about 15 minutes at the dealership to pickup the car and paperwork. One issue that was very frustrating was the condition of the paint. The website makes it appear that they are pointing out all of the blemishes. However, this was not the case. Only 3 items were mentioned online. However, there were far more scratches and blemishes and the 3 pointed out online were not even close to the biggest and worst ones. This was extremely disappointing. With an online purchase process, Carvana needs to do a better job disclosing flaws. More
Having worked in dealerships for 20 years, I was a little skeptical. All in all it was a pleasant experience. The delivery person was so professional and explained everything I needed to know. The only problem was the car came from Michigan where front plates are not used. So I am trying to find a way to get that done. I feel that should have been taken care of. The car itself is great and I am letting all who ask about the experience that it was very good. More
