I was in the market for a different vehicle so I figured I would give Carvana a try. Not a fan of spending time at the dealership. I found the process to be easy and strait forward. Everything went pretty easy from the approval to the delivery. The delivery driver was on time actually a few minutes early. The vehicle was unloaded and took it for a short test drive. After which went over the paper work, pretty self explanatory. The only minor problems I found was that the interior of the vehicle wasn't completely clean. It had some dog hair and the previous owners receipts and some trash under the rear seats. I did have to replace the rear wiper blade as it was damaged. These are some minor things but still should have been taken care of. I would recommend Carvana to others. More

The process was smooth and sweet, very kind staff who are always able to answer your questions and handle issues right away for you. Also while cleaning the rearview mirror it suddenly fell off with little to no pressure. Carvana was quick to help to fix the issues a addressed and I’m currently in the process of getting it fixed.
