My experience from Carvana was a roller coaster, it was smooth finding the car picking out how much I would like to pay monthly and how much I would like to put down. When it came to the delivery process it was horrible. The first attempt they canceled my delivery without letting me know, come to find out they never had the tittle.. I had already canceled my insurance in my current car, so I was without a car for 3 weeks. If it wasn’t for Dulce helping me get the tittle as soon as she could. I would’ve been without a car for 2 month. After it was delivered which they were late. They went through everything with me. The car had some more minor damage than the picture. But they said they would fix it so I wasn’t worried too much. Other than that minor hump I’m happy and satisfied with my new 2016 Lexus Nx200t. More

Turns out, the engine light came on the day of my delivery. I was able to find the same car with the sunroof that I wanted. The color never mattered to me, only the car and low mileage. I found one I loved! When the wheels fall off of this one, then I will be back to purchase my next vehicle. I highly recommend this experience, and I am thankful to my best friend for telling me about the great experience she had. More
