Easy purchase, sure. However i have taken this car to the shop more times in almost 3 months than i did in 7 years with my last car. The car's AC did not work, one door did not open, engine shield missing, b shop more times in almost 3 months than i did in 7 years with my last car. The car's AC did not work, one door did not open, engine shield missing, back brakes needed to be replaced, acceleration not up to par due to some turbo piece thing, and my rear stabilizer is completely missing. If this car was not under warranty, i would have spent thousands on top of what i paid for the car. Mind you, its a 2016 hyundai. 150 point inspection was obviously not completed on my car. Its very frustrating. More

The actual buying experience with Carvana was very easy. Unfortunately trying to speak with a human is impossible. I reached out the phone number that offered me the credit and she will not return my call. After having the car for 2 days the air bag light went on. I worked with SiverRock and they took care of all the costs of repairs however my car was in the shop for 5 day of the 7 day free trial. I tried to speak with any human at Carvana to extend the 7 day period and was told they could not do that via text. one would give me the courtesy of a reply via a phone conversation. So if you like dealing through text messages this is a good experience as long as everything goes smooth. My experience was not that smooth.. More

My experience with Carvana was terrible! I tried going online and you didn't have my bank listed so I had to contact an agent. I explained that I wanted to make a cash payment on the NX300 and it went do online and you didn't have my bank listed so I had to contact an agent. I explained that I wanted to make a cash payment on the NX300 and it went downhill from there. I didn't think that a cash transaction would be so difficult. It would have been better to go to Lexus dealer. The best part was finally getting my car which was late. Please train your people a little better. That would help. More

I CAN'T STAND going to dealerships. The salesmen come at you like a pack of dogs on a 3 legged cat. Then you find something you want, and try to work a deal... OUTSTANDING. I've seen all sorts of different reviews from happy customers and the Karens of the world. MY personal experience thus far has been OUTSTANDING. BY FAR, the easiest and quickest car purchase, I have EVER experienced. I wouldn't hesitate to keep using Carvana. Highly recommend. More
