I was very pleased with how the purchase went. My only complaint was that I didn't know they hadn't received a copy of the check from my bank so they actually cancelled my purchase. I was able to get it back after I got the cancellation e-mail but I wish someone had followed up and it wasn't so hard to get ahold of their verification department. It was always at least a 30 minute wait to get a hold of someone but otherwise it was a fairly smooth process. I am really happy with the vehicle I got and the ease of the trade in process. I would definitely buy a car from Carvana again if I purchase another used vehicle. I have already taken it in for service at three days but that was more so that they could look over the vehicle and check it out at the dealership due to it still being under warranty. I had my own financing so there were a few extra hoops but nothing crazy. More
