Lovely people, and if you don't have any issues, Carvana would be a nice option. But they hide behind their business plan. If something is wrong with the car, you have 7 days to return it, which is nice, bu would be a nice option. But they hide behind their business plan. The car Carvana sent me a lower trim level than was advertised (and priced). This resulted in many hours waiting on hold to talk to their support, and then escalation. Their response was to just pick out something different and then call back to perform a swap. This resulted in a few more hours of waiting on hold. Given how much time I had wasted with them (on their mistake) I asked for the price to come down a bit. The service representative implied that this would happen and handed me off to another person... who then told me that they would give me nothing. After another round of escalation I managed to get $250 knocked off for my trouble. Then the replacement car was then delayed in delivery. This time their support managed to call me instead of vice versa, but still, another delay. Everyone I talked to was nice, but the experience left me with a VERY bad taste in my mouth. More

The second delay was to fix the gas compartment, but they called the day before the car was to be delivered. I recently called to see when they would be sending the $250 delay incentive as it has almost been 30 days and they reported I would receive it after the seven day purchase period. The representive I spoke to about when I would receive the incentive stated they were trying to be consistent with the delays and that's why I had not received it yet. EVERYTIME I call they tell me something different. So they are obliviously proud of making you wait. The car I purchased, I like thus far but there is a breakdown in communication during the initial purchase and doing what they say thier going to do. Except for the most recent interaction post purchase, all contact with customer service was great. The person who finally delivered the vehicle was very professsional. More

The process went smoothly and had no major issues with it. The two guys who delivered the vehicle were helpful and informative about things, and very easy to communicate with. Only had the vehicle for a week but it was very clean, looked as good as expected, and has been handling well. Finding a car and starting the process was very easy, but after that there was countless problems. After completing the documents, it took 4 weeks for the car to actually get to me. I tried to be patient, but upon my first phone call I learned the car needed repairs, after waiting two weeks thinking the car was on the way to me. I waited another week and a half before calling again and was told that the car was still being repaired, but 3 hours later was told the car had shipped out, which seemed a little suspicious. The system seemed very flawed and I wasn't kept up-to-date on what was going on. Everyone I talked to over the phone was very nice, but it took 2-3 hours to reach a real person from customer service. I don't think I will go through this process again with Carvana when I need a new car. More
Absolutely surprised to have made my purchase via Carvana. The Selection of vehicles was outstanding. Price for the vehicle was in line if not a few bucks less and OVERALL considering there was NO BS Carvana. The Selection of vehicles was outstanding. I will never buy a car any other way!! They made it so easy, with having 2 toddlers sitting at a dealership all day is not fun at all!! The only thing i would change is that you should have 1 person help you threw it all i had over 5 people! More
