I am currently reaching out to carvana regardiing customer service review stating "Unfortunately, we are unable to locate your account to ensure your concerns have been resolved. Please reach out to us at (800) 333-4554 for further assistance." Customer service is responding, with I dont know why they said that. Additionally, they have now gven me another date that I am to recieve delay incentive money. Now they are saying the 23rd. Customer service before that stated the 16th and at least they are being consistent with delays. The first customer service said 10-2-20. I requested to speak to someone who does know. Im thinking they really dont care and its just fluff talk. I have been waiting on the phone for a hour and writing this response. I would like someone who knows what is going on from Caravana to contact me regarding this issue my email address is latresesimmons31@yahoo.com
