I was so impressed with the ease and hassle free experience. The staff that I interacted with were professional and kind. I don't think I'd ever buy a vehicle at a dealership ever again. Awesome experience! We got a really great car at a reasonable price, and it was an incredibly easy process. The follow-up and follow-though by Carvana has been great. We were getting a bigger car for reasonable price, and it was an incredibly easy process. The follow-up and follow-though by Carvana has been great. We were getting a bigger car for our growing family as my wife is pregnant, and Carvana even sent a baby gift in the mail with a hand-written thank you note a couple days after we picked up the car. For a process that relies on minimal human interaction, this sure was an impressive personalized touch. I'd definitely buy a car through Carvana again. Highly recommend! More

Everything in plain view was The ease is unsurpassed, highly impressed with everything but the quality of the vehicle. The detailing job was subpar. Everything in plain view was spick and span. Once we started moving things around though. Plenty of melted chocolate and left behind remnants were found. There is a bad squeal in the brakes, it seems the brakes hit the squeaker point the day after purchase am having to have those looked at. there is a heat shield that is loose and the rattle can be heard during acceleration. Having the oil changed this morning as I didn't see a mileage sticker and it was very dark, the technician informed me of sludge within the engine that points to contamination in the oil. The driver inside door has been repaired and it is loose from not being reattached properly. I would like to know who I can speak too. As I am nervous about paying for six years on a car that has sludge in the engine and these other issues and not even 55k miles. Bailey More
Overall the online viewing, purchasing, receiving, and fixing of items has been pretty amazing. I was pretty impressed with Carvana being true to their word about “Worry Free Guarantee.” I will say the fixing of items has been pretty amazing. I was pretty impressed with Carvana being true to their word about “Worry Free Guarantee.” I will say the wait times to get a customer service representative on the phone are pretty frustrating, but plan for it (once I did wait 5 hours…yes, 5 hours; got transferred to a VM that cut me off after 3 hours, called back, just to see if I would actually get someone, and waited 2 more hours to get a rep - Michael), but once I got Michael on the phone he was pretty awesome and followed through on everything we discussed the next day with the mechanic. He actually beat me calling the mechanic to give them the heads up, AND followed up with them twice to make sure everything was good with Silver Rock (the insurance company you have to go through if you have any issues that fall under warranty). Silver Rock was decent too (they follow the rules, as expected with a 3rd party business). They were very prompt in their responses, but needed Carvana’s approval for any “exceptions” you might run across and stick to their guidelines unless authorized by Carvana to make an exception. Just time and paper work, but in my case, Carvana (Michael), Silver Rock, and the mechanic (Auto Medic for those in my area) totally rocked it and I really didn’t have to do much (make one or two calls to Carvana and Silver Rock to confirm things) to get the requested repairs authorized and covered ($50 out of network fees apply, which is reasonable as the in-network mechanics weren’t really convenient for me). I’m one day out of the 7 day guarantee and they’ve asked me to write this review; hopefully things don’t change. Thus far I’m pretty impressed with Carvana, Silver Rock, and my mechanic and how they all worked together. BTW – no major concerns with the car (few minor scratches that weren’t documented online, a key fob that was oddly worn out for a vehicle with 26K miles, a loose door molding that only my 4 year old would discover, a minor rear passenger seat tear that wasn’t documented online, a battery enclosure safety cap that only my OCD boyfriend would find, and it needed a wheel alignment – yup – covered -- through some exceptions that were placed with Silver Rock – not ordinarily covered under their standard 100 day warranty). A bit of back-and-forth there, but it was mainly handled by my mechanic and Silver Rock once they got the exception approval from Carvana. There was a bit of a mix up with some paper work, which required Carvana to send me a hard copy and me to have it notarized, which was a tad annoying, but not the end of the world. Sill waiting to see how the plate transfer reimbursement goes. Overall, I think the price I paid was fair, the customer service (once you get them on the phone) was amazing, and the tuck I got seems to be pretty decent and fairly accurate to what they advertised (read the fine print or confirm about all-weather floor coverings or “removable accessories” that might be advertised). Best part of the experience: customer service of the live reps and details provided online about the vehicle. Worst part of the experience: long wait times to get to a customer rep on the phone and Sebastian. You guys really need to work on that “chat” feature. He just annoyed me and was NOT helpful at all. “At this moment in time,” would I recommend Caravana to others? Absolutely! More
I’ll never go to a dealership again. I knew exactly what car I wanted when I started looking. Carvana’s prices are unbeatable and on top of that, you save a lot of money not paying dealer fees. They disclos car I wanted when I started looking. Carvana’s prices are unbeatable and on top of that, you save a lot of money not paying dealer fees. They disclose any imperfections of the car very accurately and you can zoom in on any part of the car. Also, Carvana gave me way more trade in on my vehicle than the dealership I bought it from offered me, $5k more to be exact. Dealership’s go by black book value, which is half of blue book value. I still can’t believe the deal I got. If you know what car you want, go to Carvana. My experience at Carvana was quick and hassle free. Delivery driver (Jordan) was excellent and in and out in no time and she went over all documents with me. Also, Carvana has a massive selection. I was in the market for a mustang and they had tons to choose from and surprisingly, they had a bunch of Shelby and Boss mustangs. More
