The check engine light came on day 8 so I couldn’t return the car. It took almost a week in which no one reached out to me with updates, questions, or anything and multiple (unhelpful) phone calls to SilverR the car. It took almost a week in which no one reached out to me with updates, questions, or anything and multiple (unhelpful) phone calls to SilverRock before my car was fixed. It’s now been 3 weeks since my trade-in/purchase and the loan for my trade still is not paid off, despite several phone calls where I was assured it would be processed “the next day.” I got this same answer even when I contacted them a couple of days apart so who knows when it will resolved. I’ve had to make another payment on the loan for my trade-in because of their error. The sale itself was fine, but the post-sale customer service is terrible. They don’t provide any helpful information or updates regarding the status of any of the things they’re supposed to be handling. Not sure how long it would have taken them to realize that they had not correctly processed my trade-in. Now I’m just hoping my trade gets paid off before I owe yet another monthly payment. I’ve had excessive (hours) hold times every time I call. Unfortunately, the front-line customer service representatives don’t seem to be empowered to actually solve problems and I end up having to wait to be transferred or just don’t get any additional information. This situation is still not resolved. I have to work during the day and do not want to spend all my time calling Carvana to make sure they’ve done their jobs too. I understand that we are all dealing with a pandemic; however, if the company is going to continue to accept trades, they need to make sure they are sending payoffs and processing title work in a timely manner. If you don’t have a trade-in, don’t have any problems or questions, or just have unlimited time to sit on hold, then it’s a great process. 5 stars for the sale and delivery which was a very easy process, 0 stars for follow-up service or actually doing the work to make sure it’s an overall positive experience. I really like my new car, I traded it in. A few things I was really disappointed about. The car I traded in, I cleaned it up and down inside and out. I really payed attention to detail. The car I got, was frankly disgusting as far as cleanliness goes. It was not detailed, dog hair everywhere, even in the shifting stick there was goo and dog hair. Sand, this vehicle is not from Colorado, where I live. There is so much sand. I spent two hours vacuuming, and I still have not gotten all the dog hair/ sand out. It was gross to find someone else's hair, sand, and food in cracks. I really feel like carvana should pay to have the inside of my vehicle detailed. If you looked inside the car, it would look fine to you, but really looking at the carpet, in the crevices of the seats and under the carpets and in the shifting gear, disgusting. Other than that, I love my car. It's only been a few weeks. Also, my trade in is still not payed off.......if my car was as clean as the car I traded in, you would have received a 4 stars, but instead, I received a gross interior. The process was very easy and fast; much better than sitting at a dealership for hours on end. The delivery was very convenient and quick. The only issue I had was the tonneau cover that was displayed i sitting at a dealership for hours on end. The delivery was very convenient and quick. The delivery guy said - yea, my manager said we can't do anything about that since it's a wear item. With zero effort to make it right, that seems like an easy cop-out. More

This was easiest, smoothest car buying process EVER. Everything went flawlessly. Car came in just a few days, test drove it, paperwork signed in 5 minutes, and the car was ours! The website is great and Carvana is not ashamed to show every little imperfection in their pictures. So I thought. My one complaint with the whole ordeal stems from a cosmetic flaw that was not in the pictures: the leather boot on the e-brake had a rip in it. For cosmetic flaws, this one is a bit of an eye sore and was almost a deal breaker. The fact that it wasn't in the pictures almost gave me a different opinion on Carvana, especially since they seemed so adamant about showing all the flaws. Since this was a pretty big tear I can't help but wonder if leaving that picture out was intentional. But it's just cosmetic and everything else with the car was perfect, so we decided to keep it. And FYI, they don't detail their cars since they're not an actual "dealership" so it will need a good bath and vacuum when you get it! All that aside, I will still use Carvana for any future purchases for used vehicles because everything else was so effortless and flawless! More
