I bought a 2019 BMW X5. I was looking for a particular color, body style and features. I had been searching for a few months. CARVANA had the only one within 500 miles of me. I'll be honest, I was nervous about buying a car online, but can honestly say it was easier than any car dealership experience I've had. No pressure from sales people, no pressure or guilt to tack on more expenses and it was delivered to my front door! Not to mention it was below KBB value. The minor imperfections were as noted in the pictures, so no surprises upon delivery. The car was exactly as pictured and delivered to my house freshly cleaned and looking beautiful inside and out. The 7 day test drive allowed me to take it to the BMW dealership to inspect. It passed with flying colors. I also received compliments from their service staff which was nice. Overall, an awesome experience. I've never bought a car with my phone on my couch before... but will try it again if I ever need to. Highly recommend CARVANA if your vehicle of choice is available. Last note: they have been solid on paperwork. Registration and tag transfer is currently underway. As it stands right now, I won't have to step in a DMV because CARVANA is doing all the work. That is huge given the long waits for appointments due to COVID. Highly recommend, thank you CARVANA for the great service and product! More

Process was completely online and easy. Car was delivered on time and looked good. Also like the 7 day return policy. A few things that could be better would be pictures of the undercarriage. It only came with one key which is not good. Now I have to spend at least a couple hundred dollars for a spare and the hassle of having to do it. Also would have been nice to get a free carvava cup in the car like my last purchase. More
