I agree, it was fairly disappointing my vehicle arrived in the condition it did. All things considered, my experience could have been a wonderful one! Unfortunately, it didn’t turn out that way. I’m not surprised that you are unable to find my account or that you replied with this generic response directing me to call the phone number that is one of the primary complaints in my review.
