If I can give a negative star rating I would. My car was defective from day one. My car was In the shop for a week and had to return since my 7day warranty was going expire and I did not get a chance to dri defective from day one. My car was In the shop for a week and had to return since my 7day warranty was going expire and I did not get a chance to drive my car more than two days. Inspection reports claim that the only problem was a windshield replacement yet I took my car to FORD and they kept it for 5 days because of all the problems it had. Terrible experience. No $24000 car should go straight to the shop with a mile long list of repairs since day one. More

We had the absolute best experience with Carvana, no pressure, we viewed hundreds of cars online, we picked one, drove it home tried it for 7 days waiting to see if we wanted to keep it or if it wasn’t pressure, we viewed hundreds of cars online, we picked one, drove it home tried it for 7 days waiting to see if we wanted to keep it or if it wasn’t what we expected, but we just loved the car too much.
