This was an amazingly easy process! From the beginning to the end. Finding the right car was easy, I got a good solid offer for my trade in, and between the computer and the app, the transaction literall to the end. The communication was steady, and the one little blip in the process resulted in an immediate text from someone who identified themselves as "a real person". Pick up and delivery was friendly, on time, touchless and I felt completely safe. What a GREAT car buying experience. I am telling everyone I know. :) More

The purchase of my new vehicle has been wonderful. The SUV looked just as pictured, rode smoothly, and has no mechanical issues thus far. However, the trade in and payoff process for my previous vehic SUV looked just as pictured, rode smoothly, and has no mechanical issues thus far. However, the trade in and payoff process for my previous vehicle has been HORRIFIC. I called in two weeks after my credit union mailed the check to inquire about the payoff of my vehicle. I was on hold for 20 mins and the rep asked to call me back. When he called back, I was informed the vehicle was located in one of the vending machines at the drop off site. They had no idea how it ended up there. I was advised to allow a week and a half for the vehicle to be inspected and the check mailed to my finance company. Two weeks later, no payoff, and I receive an email stating the Power of Attorney form was lost in transit. They stated they would email another one. Three days later- no email. I am forced to make a car payment on a vehicle I no longer own, to avoid a credit reporting issue, as a result of the incompetent handling of this process. I am livid. I have already discouraged two individuals from trading their car. It’s not worth the hassle. More
By far, the worst experience I have had in purchasing a car. Customer service wait time is close to 2 hours and never received call backs when promised.
