It was by far the worse car buying experience I have ever had. The only thing that made it good was the last customer service Representative who was the only one that took time out and made me another appoin had. The supervisor I spoke with that same day was rude and told me that I wouldn’t be able to receive my car sooner. She told me basically that I couldn’t read and that I Misinterpreted the information that I was texted. She didn’t take the time out to help me. If it wasn’t for me and how Persistent I am I wouldn’t have gotten my car sooner. I was stuck with paying almost $400 in rental car fees due to poor customer service. once I got my car it was dirty and there were no tints on the car like it said it was supposed to be. I am not writing half of what went wrong. More
Loved the car. There was a small dent on the edge of the hood that was not shown online. It was on the edge and the paint was cracked and had the beginnings of rust. I could have returned the car within the week but liked the car otherwise. Had the repair done myself. It only cost $375. But not hearing back from Carvana as promised felt a little like typical car dealership games. I couldn’t find a number to reach the Oak Brook Il store so I gave in, kept the car and remedied myself. To bad because otherwise the experience was pretty pain free. Just something they could have been more upfront on. More

My first order, I unknowingly canceled my order by reviewing my order but not changing anything. My second order the starter of the vehicle I wanted malfunctioned so it had to be sent back. What's worse the vehicle reeks of smoke from cigarettes and has caused me a severe dry cough (during this pandemic). More
My entire experience with Carvana has been outstanding. Finding the right car was easy. The price was fair. The buying experience was seamelsss . Picking up the vehicle was super cool from the vending machine. The Carvana advocates were Covid conscience too. I did have an issue with windshield and Carvana fixed it. I also received a $50 check since the tank was not full when I picked up the vehicle. I am waiting in my registration as they processed a plate transfer for me. Expecting that in the mail. Everytime I had a question the advocates answered them in a timely fashion. The response wasn’t always immediate because I chose to use the text feature rather than calling and that was just fine. All in all I enjoyed my experience. No pressure or hassle from a dealership sales person. Easy peasy and a great car to boot! Will buy again from Carvana! More
