I bought a car with Carvana a month and a half ago and it already broke (damaged intake manifold). Very disappointing. They are supposed to run a mechanical inspection. Did not notice the damage? Simple, efficient process that put to rest any concerns from purchasing a vehicle online versus going the traditional route. Carvana's team is very informative and uses primarily email and texts to step yo from purchasing a vehicle online versus going the traditional route. Carvana's team is very informative and uses primarily email and texts to step you through the entire process. There is no haggling or annoying back and forth conversations. We traded in a vehicle and the trade in value was competitive based on KBB. I also like the fact they give you seven days to try the vehicle out! I don't know of any traditional dealership that would allow you to do that. The vehicle we received was highly maintained with supporting documentation. Another plus is they deliver to your doorstep. The process took about 30 minutes, then we had the keys and the kids loaded for a family drive! More

My experience with Carvana was excellent. Purchasing a car is simple and friendly without the hassle. Staff are friendly and willing to ask any questions you have. I received my car on a Saturday evening....the driver was an hour late however he did inform me in advance but I didn’t mind cause I was excited anyways. He was apologetic for his late arrival but very professional. After I sign all the paperwork the drive was nice and ask me if I have any questions about my purchase,which he did with no rush at all cause it was late. I’m very happy and satisfied of my purchase. I will recommend anyone to give Carvana a try cause it’s very simple and to me it was a nice experience! More
The car was delayed about 4 times (broken windshield during transportation, broken rearview mirror, the parts just got there for the rearview mirror, the rearview mirror still hadn't been fixed) and too during transportation, broken rearview mirror, the parts just got there for the rearview mirror, the rearview mirror still hadn't been fixed) and took a little over a month to get to me. I should have gotten the car early August and didn't get it till mid-September and each time I would get the call it would either be the day before or the day of delivery, forcing me to move around my plans for a car that wasn't coming. The silver lining is that I might be keeping the car but likely won't be recommending this business to others. More
