I have found the chat to be practically useless (the bot is really bad at answering unexpected questions). And when I tried to call to give feedback but the waiting times are longer than 30 min! And finally, hard to believe, there is no accessible email address to get in touch. It's like you guys wanted to make it difficult for customers to get in touch, that is AFTER we already bought. Very disappointed with the experience and post-sale customer service.
