The original experience of the purchase was the best experience buying a car I've ever had. This was the first time buying a "new" car (less than a decade old) and Carvana made it simple. In addition to the sale, the warranty team has been outstanding while I was looking into some noises that the drive train was making. The only thing that soured the experience has been the registration process. I was told during the purchase that I could register the car at my home of record, since I am in the military. Now that my seven day trial is over, I've been told that I have to register it where my insurance says I'll be driving it. I should have looked closer at the rules, but it was a little frustrating to be assured one thing by the sales team and then corrected after the purchase was final. Still, I'm a happy owner of a new car! And I'd use them again down the road when it's time for another one. More

There is different information available on the app and the website, and I was always confused whether there was anything else I needed to do, or if I needed to wait for Carvana to do something. I called many times to try to figure this out, but these calls could have been avoided if there were clearer and more consistent information on the website. Fortunately, everyone I talked to when I called Carvana was very friendly and helpful. Second, my car arrived with a crack in the windshield. Unfortunately, we did not notice it until we signed all the paperwork and got it home, as it was a small crack in an inconspicuous place. Carvana agreed to cover the repair, but it took almost the whole period of the 7 day money back guarantee, where we were not able to drive the car. It made me feel like Carvana was trying to pull a fast one and hide more significant issues with the car. We took it to a mechanic and they gave the car a clean bill of health, so we decided to keep it. But still, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. More
