We LOVE Carvana! So we decided to give Carvana a try. The whole process was smooth and user-friendly. From locking in our trade-in price on the old car to buying the new car to uploading the necessary documents to the contact-free delivery...everything went exactly as advertised. The website/app was easy to navigate and the directions for each step were clear and concise. Our Honda CRV had a sensor light on upon arrival. The delivery person filed an after-purchase report on-site and Carvana paid to have the car fixed the next week. Would absolutely recommend Carvana to anyone looking to buy a car! More
