Wow! I cannot recall an experience that was as simple and convenient as my Carvana transaction. From the excellent communication at the start of the process to the on time meeting by the Carvana rep Andrew ( convenient as my Carvana transaction. From the excellent communication at the start of the process to the on time meeting by the Carvana rep Andrew (who was professional and courteous and happy to answer all of my questions) to the East pick up of the vehicle. Over the years, (I’m 66yo), I have purchased cars and trucks from dealers, from private owners etc. Each time, I dreaded the experience. This time, mainly due to the pandemic, I tried using Carvana. It was the most pleasing experience for any purchase I’ve ever made. I thought an online vehicle purchase would give me little control over the process. I was completely wrong! The way Carvana’s purchase process works puts you in total control over the purchase process. I will never buy a vehicle any other way. The process left me feeling good about my purchase. The people at Carvana I dealt with on the phone, with texting, and in person, made the entire transaction transparent and they resolved any issues with the goal being to make the customer happy with the resolution. I plan to purchase another vehicle this year and Carvana is the place I plan to go for it. RK More

I am happy with my final purchase however there have been some things that stand out to me. One not every employee are exactly on the same page when it comes to the company polices ie: payment methods, retur some things that stand out to me. One not every employee are exactly on the same page when it comes to the company polices ie: payment methods, returning process, etc. my first car I received check engine light came on exactly on day 7 and the authorized mechanic denied the job and told me to go to a car dealer which they were booked for weeks on top of this I had to pay a copay remind you I was still under the warranty. I ended up getting the nicest representative after getting multiple reps that would over talk me tell me I was wrong and give me the run around and they got me in a car that I am in love with. However, overall experience wasn’t exceptional however it was average when they sell in the commercials exceptional service. More

If not for Brandon in Underwriting, I’d give this whole experience a 1 Star. Multiple calls, lots of confusion, missed critical information and odd Carvana policies made this a rough process and this is my experience a 1 Star. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of caring in terms of customer service. I have tried several times to call and more than several times to do the online chat and not once have I gotten to an actual hum of customer service.
