Don't try to buy from this place. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I attempted to purchase a car and when it came time to verify that the funds were in my bank account, I couldn't get in touch with anyon HORRIBLE!!! I attempted to purchase a car and when it came time to verify that the funds were in my bank account, I couldn't get in touch with anyone. They never attempted to contact me and my many attempts to contact them through phone calls, texts or their silly chat robot were unsuccessful. I lost a car that I wanted to buy because of their total incompetence. I can't imagine what would happen if I got the car and for some reason wanted to return it. I would never be able to get anyone to answer the phone. More

This was such a new process for me and Carvana delivered! I love the 7-day trial period and warranty. On the first day of driving my new vehicle, the tire pressure signal went on within an hour of driving th I love the 7-day trial period and warranty. On the first day of driving my new vehicle, the tire pressure signal went on within an hour of driving the car, the tire had a nail and the tire had to be replaced, not repaired. The warranty covered it! The process was quick and easy, and I couldn't be happier with the car. Delivery was even easier, the Carvana crew were amazing and very friendly, explained all the paperwork and how the warranty works. Aftery experience with Carvana, I will be recommending them to others who are looking to buy a car. More
