Carvana sold me a lemon! Multiple issues I took it to my BMW mechanic at the dealership that’s I dealt with for almost 5 years. I noticed a day later after they dropped it off when I got on the highway I felt a vibration when driving. I turned up the AC and noticed this loud noise from the passenger AC. So I took it in to be safe and they that the rims were previously bent and they tried to repair them with welding work. There was no oil change done, ac blower motor was put in wrong, micro filter needed replacing, brake fluid was old, bushings were bad and a ball joint needed replacement. So that “150 inspection” was never done. I’m staying far away from them I’m very disappointed by this. Then it was a struggle to even get in contact with customer service. More
Truly the easiest new way to buy a car. Lots of great things about the ease and delivery - delivery guy was so nice -- but the phone service needs to be updated. I ordered the vehicle and it took over a month to get the vehicle delivered. They had to wait on a part for repairs to the sunroof. Upon delivery, I had to meet the delivery driver at a truck stop to take d vehicle delivered. They had to wait on a part for repairs to the sunroof. Upon delivery, I had to meet the delivery driver at a truck stop to take delivery. Both rear tires were flat on the vehicle at the delivery site. One of the tire stems broke off of the tire so we had to use the the spare. I took the car to Les Schwab tires to replace both valve stems which cost me $167.00 dollars. My advice to Carvana, do a better job before certification of your vehicles before selling them. The interior was also dirty. If I didn't like the car so much, I would have returned it but it is a great Volvo once repairs are made and cleaned up. No, i would not recommend this dealership until they do a better job on maintenance and cleaning the interior of the vehicles before shipment. I do understand that the outside of vehicles get dirty during shipping but the inside is no excuse. Thanks for the car. More
Carvana offers great value and the ability to identify the right car for you. However, the customer service was much less than desirable. It may have been due to covid and remote work spaces, but the majority of interactions I had on the phone were horrible. Long waits, automated promises of call backs that did not happen. Customer service staff who could not accurately read information that was properly uploaded into the system and failed delivery date. I probably spent more time of the phone with customer service than i would has spent had i gone to local dealerships. Once confirmed, the last 48 hours of the deal and delivery went well. More
