I was very please with my Carvana experience compared to the typical dealership experience. The purchase and trade in processes were easy and Carvana steps you through the whole process with live updates on the typical dealership experience. They did a quick look over of my trade, had me sign a few papers and then we took delivery of my new vehicle using the vending machine which my son loved. The whole trade in and delivery process took less than an hour. My only complaint is some minor issues with the phone system (don't miss your call back or you'll get to wait again) and some long waits (10-20 minutes) to talk to someone during the process, but given the pandemic and everyone adjusting to new ways of working this wasn't unexpected. On the whole the purchase experience was miles better than sitting at a dealership for the better part of a day and I would definitely use Carvana again. More

Don't buy the extended warranty that Carvana offers. Obviously the technology has to be great, if not they would not have that many sales, but the company itself needs work. If you are a company that sells cars nationwide, you should be aware of the laws of each state. I had to use more than 8 hours of PTO, because Carvana sold me a car that the window tints were extremely dark (10% of light in) It took me more than 3 hours to get in touch with a representative ( he was nice tho), but I had to use my time to go and get it inspected twice, because they needed proof to get the window tints removed, then SilverRock, tells me to go to Maaco in NB, MA, that it is closed and the closest one doesn't even do it. Now because they don't have any In-network places I have to pay it myself and then get a refund, 3 hours it takes to get then removed. I have spoken with more than 5 places that say that this is an issue that Carvana has with their cars. I believe that the 7 days guarantee, should be increased to at least 2 weeks, because when you have a 8-5 job it limits the amount of things that you can do and I don't think it is fair for me to be running around looking for a place to removed the tints, when if Carvana were up to date with the laws of every state this would not happening. At least customer service reps were polite and eager to help. There is literally a handful of states that their window tints laws are relaxed. More
Overall a good experience. When my car was deliver it needed an oil change but customer service very helpful. Car does have a few codes that I have to get taken care of but I do have the silver rock insu needed an oil change but customer service very helpful.
