Bad experience Between covid and lack of communication I still don’t have my car registered from March now I have a ticket. Very very angry. Spent countless hrs trying to get registered 2 hrs on phone several times countless emails but a courtesy call would have been nice since I missed email three weeks ago😔 Now I have to wait for the police to stop me yet again until your satisfied with my ins. And get my plates. Very stressful in this stressful time. I really need proof of all this but that’s not your priority I guess. However you are very prompt in sending my bill reminder!!!!!!! More

I had the best experience at Carvana in Westminster, CA. I made a comment about being excited about the vending machine and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Carvana couldn’t handle the reg. Process well during this pandemic. I haven’t received my perm reg and now can’t drive my car last 15 days.. the reason I got this car was not to use public transportation and pandemic. I haven’t received my perm reg and now can’t drive my car last 15 days.. the reason I got this car was not to use public transportation and not get sick.. now I have to take the train while the car is just sitting there. And no it’s not DMV. Carvana you sent the documents late to DMV! More
