I am currently sitting at the local Jaguar dealership to get problems resolved that should’ve been resolved before delivering. My husband and I ordered cars from Carvana at the same time. My car showed up with no floor mats and a badly done job of a paint cover up. Yes, they’ve agreed to cover the fees, but I should also get paid as an employee since I am now doing their job and having to take off from my own job to get it done. The detailing of the cars is a joke. Mine showed up with kid sized footprints all over the dash, plus trash and debris throughout the interior with water marks on the exterior. I am really disappointed in the lack of service and care that has been displayed. I’m not going to even touch on the delays that happened which should’ve given them more than enough time to get these issues resolved. More

Horrible experience from beginning to end. Car cane dirty, oil wasn’t changed, backup camera broken, back windows don’t go all the way up. The warranty company is basically Pep Boys. They allowed $100 towards a detail. Cheapest detail I could arrange is $189. Already out of pocket and I haven’t made my first payment. Stick with your local dealer. More

They only ask for Identification(DL) and Proof Of Income(Bank Statements) and they handle the rest. I did everything from my phone through the Carvana app. I used adobe scan to scan my documents. You sign all of your documents electronically then your all set. I received a call the next day from Kim. She was extremely helpful and answered every question I had. The following day I received a call from Pablo explaining to me the delivery process and 7-day return window. The way the 7-day return window works gave me confidence in my purchase, because I knew I wasn’t stuck with my decision once I made a purchase. My only complaint is my delivery date was delayed the day before delivery. But the customer service team reached out to me immediately and rescheduled a different date 4 days later. My car was delivered on this on that day. I am a person with average credit with a repo and collections of who never thought he would get approved at a dealership. Carvana’s financing team is awesome. I got approved for my dream car with $0 down. I am so happy with my decision to shop with Carvana and I highly recommended this to anyone. More
The car was damaged upon delivery I purchased my first car with Carvana in January. After having my promised delivery date pushed back multiple times, I was told I could come pick up t I purchased my first car with Carvana in January. After having my promised delivery date pushed back multiple times, I was told I could come pick up the car in Georgia (I live in Florida) if I did not want to wait any longer. I drove to pick up my car in Georgia only to find that my vehicle had been damaged in multiple different places, none of which appeared or were listed on the "360 degree inspection." The delivery driver informed me that "the car must have been damaged during transport" and that there would be no issue with having the damages taken care of. After filing my repair case and having everything approved I was told I must find a repair shop that is affiliated with SilverRock. I unfortunately live in a smaller city so, this alone took me 1-2 weeks to even find a shop that accepted or even knew what SilverRock was. After finally finding this shop and getting an estimate totaling about $940, it was mid-January and the shop was not able to get me an appointment to do the actual repairs until mid-March. I agreed to this appointment as I really had no other shop to go to that would accept SilverRock. Fast forward to the beginning of March, my repair appointment is soon approaching and COVID-19 is in full swing. The shop that I was supposed to go to shut down due to the virus and my appointment that I had been waiting nearly 2 months for is cancelled. Once things began opening back up in my state in June, I reached out to both SilverRock and Carvana to explain to them my circumstances in efforts to finally get this repair done. To my surprise I was told by Carvana that they will no longer be able to cover my vehicles damages because I was beyond the 90 days that they would cover repairs. Despite the fact that my appointment would have been with-in the 90 period and the only reason the repair wasn't done in time was due to COVID-19 shutting things down. One of the representatives I spoke with on the phone said I was to blame for not calling Carvana when my appointment was cancelled in the first place however, there was nothing that could have been done at that point in time because everything was shut down and no one knew when things would open again yet. So, here I am now almost 7 months later with a car that was damaged by Carvana being told it is now solely my responsibility to fix. I don't understand how such a large company would not back their wrong doing and simply do the right thing here considering the extenuating circumstances of this situation. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of all of this and how it was handled and would certainly discourage others from purchasing their cars through Carvana. More

Total scam. According to them checking kbb car had a trade in private party value of $2280, trade in value of 1220, they offered $100. Ordering my Ford Escape with Carvana has been the easiest car purchase I have made. I can't say I have had other online car purchases, but I would find it hard to believe that there is an easier way out ther car purchase I have made.
