Great experience!! The adjustable timeline and the ease of the application and purchase process was awesome. Cars go really quick so I wouldn’t suggest waiting on one you love. Really liked buying a car this way.I had already ridden in the Jeep that we bought so knew I would like it. The only thing was the previous owner was a smoker and I'm trying to get that smell out. Very disappointing. After a wonderful presentation online filled with extensive amounts of info and details, it came up a little short in the finish. I put in a claim for extra damage not disclosed in the online info and have herd absolutely nothing back. (That cost me about $500 to fix. When I put my car in for a Detail to take care of some of the scratches listed before purchase, they told me that the fluids were are almost empty except for the oil. The oil was touched up before delivery, but they spilled it all over the manifold. I cleaned that myself after the first 2 hours of ownership. The glove box had melted M &Ms caked in it. A simple thing like detailing a car when selling it should be a no brainer. Don’t know what the future holds for Carvana, but from what I’ve experienced, it would take a lot to get me to sign on again. Some of the associates I did have contact with were very friendly and helpful, but thanks all well and good before the sale is complete... what about after?? More
Very easy process. Don’t have to deal with sales men. Had a great experience with them dropping off my vehicle. Test drove it and signed some last minute things and he was on his way. For the most part good Sales team were very friendly and helpful. Was very patient with us through some tech issues . One thing that we didn"t give a 5star rating was that some things that were wrong should have been addressed before delivery and fixed. The buying experience was excellent. In general a good experience, but could be better. The staff we talked with was very friendly, but some lacked the ability to complete there task. Our delivery man was the best, keep me informed and even took pictures of the car being loaded on the trailer. And was on time! Regarding the car was everything we expected but disappointed that the interior was dirty looked like the previous owner just dropped it off and we got it. Seems like when the Carvan does there Inpection they clean that up. Regarding the Inpection the spare tire was 20 lbs under pressure. One person that was helpful was Christopher no last name but he fixed any problems we were having. More
The overall experience was great, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Some of the details of the administrative parts are a bit cumbersome, but were eventually not barriers (like images of drivers licen to do it again. In my particular case, the trade-in process was easy and fair. The vehicle we were purchasing had a dent in the side that was not shown in the online imperfections. The process for making a claim to have it fixed was easy, and we got approval to cover through the SilverRock insurance. That process is difficult, though, as body shops in my area who are willing to deal with SilverRock are sparse and relatively non-responsive. Makes me wonder about the mechanical aspect of the insurance longer term. All-in-all it was a good experience and we feel like we got a better deal overall than if we had gone to a local dealership or bought and sold in private. More
