Car was delivered with literally enough gas for ONE mile!!! Not much of a test drive! After delivery found that new tires that were installed had not been balanced! Very bouncy ride on highway. Spen mile!!! Not much of a test drive! After delivery found that new tires that were installed had not been balanced! Very bouncy ride on highway. Spent two days trying to coordinate with Carvana & Silver Rock the simple little task of getting tires balanced. Then discovered one of the rims were warped causing it not to be able to balanced. Spent another couple days trying to coordinate that repair. Every time I contacted Carvana I had to speak to a new person! Finally requested a supervisor. Waited about 6 hours for call back from supervisor. That finally smoothed the process of getting the items corrected. Overall I can tell that Carvana selects quality vehicles to sell, including the one I purchased. But, in this case the quality assurance checks were missed at whomever put the new tires on the car. Not balanced, valve stem covers literally forced onto stem via cross threaded/glued, and warped rim that would have been found if they had balanced the new tires. Made the first week of ownership a true hassle and everything except enjoyable!! the car is a good car, you just missed at the individual that put the new tires on!!! More

I did spend quite a bit of time on their website and on the app before I finally settled on the car I wanted. Having it delivered to my house was an unnecessary perk. And I didn't even realize Carvana takes care of the registration until the car arrived. I was encouraged to drive it around a bit before I signed off, and we went over the car inside and out. The whole experience was great. Honestly, I'm not sure I'll ever go back to a dealership. More
