Carvana purchase was seamless! Went online on a Saturday morning and knew the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Within only 38 minutes the purchase was confirmed and on the following Monday the vehicle was on the Carvana rollback sitting in front of my house -- so easy. As a military retiree with over 34 years of active federal service I have purchased vehicles around the United States and overseas. Never have I had such a seamless, quick, and easy purchase as I did with Carvana. The vehicle has low mileage and for the appearance it seems to look new. Great tires, very clean inside and out and was polished too. Carvana, you will hear from me again when I need another vehicle. More

I would give 5 start BUT the day after my car was dropped off we noticed none of the interior lights worked. I would have thought that would have been part of the inspection before they sold the car. My bad for not paying attention to that during the test drive. Anyway, getting it repaired at the shop now. It's still under warranty. More

Never Again I am a returning Carvana customer. I had a wonderful experience with my first purchase and the direct opposite with my second. It must be said, this p I am a returning Carvana customer. I had a wonderful experience with my first purchase and the direct opposite with my second. It must be said, this purchase was made during the Covid lockdown but the issues with my purchase had nothing to do with that. In fact, the delivery man and underwriter I dealt with over the phone could not have been more pleasant or professional. The issues are with the vehicle itself. Upon inspection by my mechanic, I was greeted with a $1600 bill for repairs. The rear tires were near the end of service, fluids were well overdue for change, filters appear to never have been changed, front and rear brakes need to be replaced,the alignment is so far off the car pulls right if you let go of the wheel and the ashtray was missing. Looking over my warranty, I saw that the brakes, and tires are not covered as they are replaceable items, in fact the only thing Carvana offered to help with was replacing the ashtray. The interior of the car had dust and pollen as well as some odd stain on the backseat - it clearly had not been detailed. I also came to find out a day later that neither of the power outlets work, I can't even charge my cell phone in this thing. I understand that they are within their rights following the letter of the contract but I feel with all of these issues they would want to rectify the situation, especially for a returning customer. To compound the problems, I was forced to make a payment on my previous vehicle, which i no longer own, to prevent a late/missed payment on my credit report because of some issue with my contracts being submitted by Carvana to the finance company. I fail to see how this car could have passed a 150 point inspection as claimed by the company when you are greeted with a large red exclamation point icon and multiple service due notifications every time you start the car. Making this purchase, I knew I was considerably overpaying for this vehicle based on the blue book value and other research. I was willing to do that based on my first vehicle, which was showroom clean and felt and drove like a new car. This feels nothing like a new car, it is an overpriced project which I fear will grow more expensive over time. I can only hope that this car provides no further surprises and I can make the necessary repairs, maintain it well and get good use out of it. One thing is for certain, I have purchased my last vehicle from Carvana. More
Not impressed. A lot of run around. Had to resign contracts several times because of delivery delays. Then on pickup day find out that somehow my trade in was deleted and the advocate had no idea he contracts several times because of delivery delays. Then on pickup day find out that somehow my trade in was deleted and the advocate had no idea he was to take my trade in. I had to drive home with my new car and my trade in. They claimed there was nothing they could do because of the COVID-19 situation. Finally pressed the issue enough and arranged for a pick up of my original trade in. Then also find out that someone messed up my payment due date. I was to have a 60 day deferal and that was not the case. Every time you call you get a different associate and have to explain the situation all over again even though the previous person said they would document the conversation. It was suppose to be no hassle and it has been nothing but that. More
