This was my first time buying car online.. I was not sure if it was worth my time and if it was rip off.. I spent week researching and looking over ever details of the website.. it was honest and I got ALOT if it was worth my time and if it was rip off.. I spent week researching and looking over ever details of the website.. it was honest and I got ALOT of help from customer services.. they answer ever question I asked.. I look over all of the SUV and went thru all details of the SUV as well as the Carfax. Checking the Carvana inspections. In the end I found the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I have been looking for. It got everything I want and wish for.. I could not have been much happier with the research of Carvana and the support they provide while looking. They really work with you and help you thru the whole progress.. THANK YOU CARVANA!!!❤️❤️❤️ More

Appreciated the number of choices, the complete information, including window sticker, service records, and free Carfax, and the large number of exterior and interior pictures, pointing out imperfections. While not perfect, I think Carvana lived up to or exceeded reasonable expectations. If I was to suggest any improvement, it would be to wipe down/clean the interior better than they did on the vehicle I purchased, which I did myself after receiving it. More

We arrived two hours before our appointment to find our new Subaru Legacy waiting for us, beautifully detailed and with a full tank of gas. Kim, the advocate on duty, was friendly and helpful in transferri new Subaru Legacy waiting for us, beautifully detailed and with a full tank of gas. Kim, the advocate on duty, was friendly and helpful in transferring documents. We did have a couple of OMG moments on our trip back home, however. The ignition key refused to release but spontaneously cured itself. Overall, this was an interesting purchase experience. Other than the key issue, the car has been splendid and we are looking forward to many years of use and enjoyment. More

There's no usual pressure into a sale and they go the extra mile to make sure that the entire process is a unique and desired way to buy convenient. Sedara showed up on time (actually a bit early) and made sure that all of my questions were answered. After I had some time to look at the car and test drive it a bit, she hooked up my old car, walked me through all of the paperwork, explaining each page and what I was signing for, and that was it! It truly was one of the easiest and convenient things I've ever done. I definitely would recommend Carvana to anyone looking into buying a new vehicle! More

Great Except for Delivery Process The purchase went very smoothly and customer service was very helpful. I live outside of the normal delivery area so Carvana used a third party delive The purchase went very smoothly and customer service was very helpful. I live outside of the normal delivery area so Carvana used a third party delivery service to drop off my car. There was NO call from the delivery service or Carvana 24 or 48 hrs before the drop off. I had no idea what date or time this was going to happen and I assumed that my new vehicle would be delivered to my own home, as I had been led to believe. I was called LITERALLY 15 minutes before the car was to be delivered and asked to meet the driver "somewhere near the interstate exit for my city" because the driver was not going to bring it to my house. I had to leave work immediately because the driver said he would be in my city in 15 minutes. When I met the driver and received my new car, there was no apology or explanation for the lack of notification. They guy even had the nerve to prolong small talk and seemed to be waiting around for a tip! Caravana really needs to vet these third party services prior to hiring them. I ill not be purchasing from them again. More
