Wow, what a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN! So, let's start out with the delivery. Carvana contacted me and stated there was an oil leak and they would have to fix this before delivering. So, So, let's start out with the delivery. Carvana contacted me and stated there was an oil leak and they would have to fix this before delivering. So, my delivery was 2 days late. Why did they not notice this until the day of the delivery if they do a multi-point inspection? The car was delivered and then there was no power steering. I had to take the car to a place to get that fixed, because the power steering pump was leaking. Again, how did they notice the oil leak the day of delivery if they do a multi-point inspection, and how did they not notice the power steering fluid leak?!?!?!? When the repair facility went to fix it and called Carvana's warranty company (Silver Rock), the car was not in their system!! I had to call Carvana FIVE TIMES that day to get them to get the car loaded in Silver Rock's system. On two of those calls, the associate I spoke with PROMISED they would call me back within the hour. Neither bothered, so I had to go out of my way and call them back for an update. I ended out wasting 3 hours of my day on the phone on and off with Carvana all day before they finally got the car loaded in Silver Rock's system to get fixed. It took them all day to get it loaded, and so the car ended out having to sit at the repair facility for 3 days because of Carvana's incompetence. So, out of my "7 day trial period," I only had 3 1/2 days to drive the car. When Carvana called me on day 6 to advise I had one day left on my trial, I told them about my concern and they did not care. The guy who called me insincerely said, "That sounds frustrating." If Carvana values their customers, why not give me extra days? Wow. I can't wait to see how badly this company will screw up my registration within the next month or who knows how much longer? More

What a great and seamless experience! I was surprised at how easy and quick the whole process is. We had a minor hiccup, on my end, and they really came through. The purchase process was extremely easy, sis it all from my phone, way better than sitting in the sales office for hours to complete the purchase. Communication was good through the delivery process, the vehicle came much quicker than I anticipated. The only problems I can note is that I didn't get emailed the temporary license until late the following day after delivery, when you get a new vehicle you want to drive it and without a temp license you do it at risk. Seems like this process could be better. The other negative is that the interior was not cleaned very well upon delivery. The cup holders were dirty as well as other places missed in the cleaning. The exterior was dirty from the trip from Texas to Washington but I expected that. Currently I am going through the final title and registration process, so far so good there. More
Everything was great with the application and drop off of my vehicle....but after only 2 days of having it I know have two issues. First experience with Carvana and its terrible, terrible, terrible. I ordered a 2017 Mercedes Benz E300 since April 28th it’s now May 8th. And once again car got rescheduled again to May 12th. Im paying insurance for a car that’s not even here. Every time I call support they tell me different lies. One dude even told me the car is possibly stolen. I’m very sick of this company. I’m tired of the lies. Where is the car?! Why is the date keep getting pushed back? Never again would I deal with this company! I get told it’s going through registration process then I’m told the car can’t be located! A whole month about to pass again and insurance about to take their money again. Very sad I’m reporting this to someone who can investigate and hold this company accountable for its actions. More
