The ignition key refused to release but spontaneously cured itself. Overall, this was an interesting purchase experience. Other than the key issue, the car has been splendid and we are looking forward to many years of use and enjoyment. More

Sedara showed up on time (actually a bit early) and made sure that all of my questions were answered. After I had some time to look at the car and test drive it a bit, she hooked up my old car, walked me through all of the paperwork, explaining each page and what I was signing for, and that was it! It truly was one of the easiest and convenient things I've ever done. I definitely would recommend Carvana to anyone looking into buying a new vehicle! More

Great Except for Delivery Process The purchase went very smoothly and customer service was very helpful. I live outside of the normal delivery area so Carvana used a third party delivery service to drop off my car. There was NO call from the delivery service or Carvana 24 or 48 hrs before the drop off. I had no idea what date or time this was going to happen and I assumed that my new vehicle would be delivered to my own home, as I had been led to believe. I was called LITERALLY 15 minutes before the car was to be delivered and asked to meet the driver "somewhere near the interstate exit for my city" because the driver was not going to bring it to my house. I had to leave work immediately because the driver said he would be in my city in 15 minutes. When I met the driver and received my new car, there was no apology or explanation for the lack of notification. They guy even had the nerve to prolong small talk and seemed to be waiting around for a tip! Caravana really needs to vet these third party services prior to hiring them. I ill not be purchasing from them again. More

Wow, what a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN! So, let's start out with the delivery. Carvana contacted me and stated there was an oil leak and they would have to fix this before delivering. So, So, let's start out with the delivery. Carvana contacted me and stated there was an oil leak and they would have to fix this before delivering. So, my delivery was 2 days late. Why did they not notice this until the day of the delivery if they do a multi-point inspection? The car was delivered and then there was no power steering. I had to take the car to a place to get that fixed, because the power steering pump was leaking. Again, how did they notice the oil leak the day of delivery if they do a multi-point inspection, and how did they not notice the power steering fluid leak?!?!?!? When the repair facility went to fix it and called Carvana's warranty company (Silver Rock), the car was not in their system!! I had to call Carvana FIVE TIMES that day to get them to get the car loaded in Silver Rock's system. On two of those calls, the associate I spoke with PROMISED they would call me back within the hour. Neither bothered, so I had to go out of my way and call them back for an update. I ended out wasting 3 hours of my day on the phone on and off with Carvana all day before they finally got the car loaded in Silver Rock's system to get fixed. It took them all day to get it loaded, and so the car ended out having to sit at the repair facility for 3 days because of Carvana's incompetence. So, out of my "7 day trial period," I only had 3 1/2 days to drive the car. When Carvana called me on day 6 to advise I had one day left on my trial, I told them about my concern and they did not care. The guy who called me insincerely said, "That sounds frustrating." If Carvana values their customers, why not give me extra days? Wow. I can't wait to see how badly this company will screw up my registration within the next month or who knows how much longer? More
