Easiest trade-in/purchase I've ever been involved in I had never purchased a car online before and was super worried about it. Everyone that I have dealt with has made this process SUPER easy! I have a 9yr old and 3yr old and I am a single mother. I would never get a chance to go look at cars with my children so this offered me a way to trade-in my car and purchase a new car all in a matter of a couple hours ONLINE! Not in a dealership with 2 screaming kids. Those experiences would leave me drained for days. I've put off even getting a new car just to avoid the dealerships. Having the tools to read about the vehicle, it's condition, using the CarFax report, and actual pictures made a big difference in gaining my trust in doing this online and Carvana made this all possible in a very user friendly way.
