I have given you calls weekly? Now your company is telling me that I did not report the door issue in the first 7 days that was clearly due to an accident that was not reported (in the mechanic's words) but it goes through a 150 point inspection? Your company now says there is no recorded call or report in the first 7 days? explain why my car was in the shop at a certified VW dealer at your request 1.5 hrs from my home for 6 weeks (I have proof) 4 days after receiving the vehicle but you have no record now? One of the fob keys did not even work but it goes through 150 point inspection? You want me to call the same number that continues to lie and say I never called in the first 7 days to report the door issue? If your company was really willing to fix a 12K wrecked car that you delivered to my home you would give me a phone number to a manager who could really fix this issue? To All Future Customers Please Do Not Throw Your Money Away By Using This Company!
