Was delivered on time. Check processed on time. Registration processed on time. HOWEVER, more dings and scratches then was shown on 360. When complained gave me $100. Do not buy online!!! The buying process was easy, but that was the only good thing about this. After taking possession of the vehicle and taking time to fully inspect everything I am disgusted with CARVANA. I paid to have the vehicle detailed because there were remnants of the previous owner such as dead skills cells, a joint under the seat, the steering wheel was sticky with god knows what and the vehicle exterior was coated in over spray. You would figure during this pandemic they would do a better job cleaning and disinfecting a vehicle but that is not the case. After the detail I went to a reputable body shop that is in the CARVANA/SILVERROCK in network facility and they wrote a $3000+ estimate to fix everything undisclosed. Included in this estimate was cosmetic and safety related issues in which CARVANA/SILVERROCK denied to fix! When I inquired as to why they denied my claim they said they don't cover cosmetic damages. What about the safety related issues? Denied! The driver seat belt gets stuck INSIDE of the seat because the seat back has been torn through (not disclosed to me before,upon or after purchase) as well as the front safety driver assist camera are upside down causing the feature to not function. Buyer Beware!! More

The representatives that I spoke to were very nice, the delivery driver kept me informed about the delivery of the car, and the online experience of looking and picking out a car were great. I really liked that it gave me my exact terms for each car I looked at. That really helped with the process of picking out a car that I could afford from the down payment to the monthly payments. Thank uou Carvana for the best car buying experience ever. I have already told all my friends and family that this is the way to go, no hassles, no salesmans, no bs just straight forward info. Now I'm paying on a 12K car that is wrecked. More
