I loved this process so much! My first purchase of a car at a dealership was terrifying and the seller kept talking to me and it felt super overwhelming and I honestly feel like I paid way more than what it at a dealership was terrifying and the seller kept talking to me and it felt super overwhelming and I honestly feel like I paid way more than what it was worth, but with Carvana you don’t have someone hovering over you trying to talk you into buying anything! You get to make your decisions and it’s amazing!! The car arrived very quickly and they even offered to have it delivered earlier if I was able to accept it! The person who delivered my car was a nice guy named “Will”? It was like a week ago, I’m not 100% sure that was his name but he came wearing a mask (because of Covid) and he sanitized the interior of the car before I got in. He was super kind and make the transaction really easy! I love you guys!! Thank you so much!! More

I loved my experience with carvana. Even with the delay from covid-19 they made sure to keep me 100% updated with my deliver and even called me when the state reopened to deliver early. I would rate 5 stars but there were a few minor cosmetic things not noted online but it wasn't anything to serious. I would recommend this company to others and definitely plan on returning for future service. Customer service was amazing and answered every question I had. The man who delivered my vehicle was extremely professional and nice. Thank you Carvana.! More

The Jeep Patriot was listed as a AUTOMATIC drive; when the car was delivered, the driver stated that it was Im rating the issue I had with the car. The Jeep Patriot was listed as a AUTOMATIC drive; when the car was delivered, the driver stated that it was a MANUAL/STICK drive. I hade to refuse the car, as I can’t drive it. I actually ended up trying to by the car again because of the incorrect label. Eventually, with the help of the Carvana associates, I did end up purchasing a Buick Encore, which is automatic and I am very happy with. More
