The only thing that stops me from giving it 5 was 2 delays on delivery because I did pay a delivery fee. Otherwise it was excellent, the process was easy painless and not stressful. Easier then going to a dealership Car was a week late being delivered and the 150 Point Inspection was not accurate. Upon delivery, there were items the 150 Point Inspection claimed to have addressed that were still defective. The coolant level was below minimum which almost caused me to return the car since the 150 Point Inspection claimed to have addressed the coolant level and the car I purchased has had a history of coolant leaking into the engine. The passenger side wiper blade was running well off the side of the passenger side of windshield. The 150 Point Inspection claimed to have addressed a wiper issue. Other issues were a missing bolt on the cowl just below the windshield and a large piece of plastic laying loose in the engine compartment. I took care of a couple of the items personally and had a Local Ford Dealership address others, as well as complete their own inspection. I'm not sure I would advise putting much faith in the 150 Point Inspection. Carvana's 7-day test drive was quite helpful as it allowed me to address issues. Without the 7-day test drive, the car would never have been accepted at delivery! I would also note that the interior windows were VERY dirty. Otherwise the car look nice. I found the price to be good and overall process to be quite stress free. I would recommend Carvana and would use the service again in the future. More
The easiest part of this whole process was applying. Car was delayed , no big deal, get to the pickup location and contract was totally different and I didn’t change it . To boot I got a call the next day after pick up telling me I still need a smog , even though the smog sticker is in the window . The guy “forgot” to smog it , and wash it properly , etc etc .... I probably won’t be coming back unfortunately because i love the idea of this but the execution is poor . More

Shopping and trading my car was easy! The 7 day return was also easy. The only thing was that my new car wasnt really cleaned completely. It seemed like they didnt care to make a good impression. They changed a part resolving one concern with the HVac system and directed us to the dealer for an issue that was not resolved. We took to the dealer and they had a hard time duplicating. Eventually, they said it was an "adjustment issue" that needed to be made and since there was no part replacement involved Silverrock would not cover labor. We approved and paid for the "adjustment" and it's still having the same original issue. Car is still at the dealer service center. I called Silverrock earlier this week to see if they would extend the warranty coverage since this is happening while the car is under warranty and Illinois is currently on shelter in place notice with minimal essential services running and was told they would not. I'm very disappointed in your warranty service contract leaving us in a pinch like this. More
