Just did not like that my delivery date was pushed back because the car could not fit on the truck. But they specialize and car delivery. My car had a scratch that had to be done during transport, and they offered me only 100.00 instead of fixing the scratch and dent. Otherwise the delivery possible went smooth, the reason I did not switch out of the car because I needed the car and now we are in the middle of a crisis and car dealers are basically closed. More

The service was great. I only wish the pictures showed a little more of the defects in the car before it arrived. Nothing major, but was a couple extra dings in the vehicle that I noticed that weren’t in the pictures. Hardly noticeable, but definitely present. Overall, a great car and a great experience. More

I think they easily could have made the experience excellent. I would recommend Carvana if you can find the car you are looking for and for the price you are looking for - that is why I chose them. However, the day after taking delivery of my car, a Lincoln MKX, we noticed it was leaking oil. Luckily, my husband and I were both working from home due to Covid-19. We immediately took it an authorized service facility. It took them 1/2 a day to look the car over and they determined there was a MAJOR oil leak due to a cracked oil pan. The car has only has 30,000 miles. The authorized service facility referred us to the dealership for repairs since the car still has manufacturer warranty, but the dealership couldn't get us in until the next day and it took them a day to look over the car and determine if the repairs were covered by warranty. Luckily they were, or we would have returned the car. This was all disappointing because Carvana claims to do a 150 point inspection and mechanics at both service facilities said there's no way it could have been missed (possible this could have happened during transportation?) So I was not able to even drive my car for 2 of the 7 day "test drive". On top of this, after finally being able to have the car back in our possession on day 5 we realize the car was listed to have an upgrade sound system - however I found the window sticker in the vehicle and no such option was on the car. When we called Carvana customer service they gave us an excuse why listings are sometimes inaccurate and offered us $100 for the "misrepresentation" The upgraded sound system is worth much more than that and if Carvana is going to exclusively sell cars online - I would think the accurate listing are the most important part of their business. Lastly, the car was filthy inside. I don't think it was just poorly clean - I don't think it was cleaned at all. I had to complain about this to get $100 toward detailing. In the end we kept the car - it was exactly what I was looking for and for a price I was willing to pay. My experience could have easily been excellent had Carvana paid more attention to details. No one wants to receive a car that needs repairs immediately or receive a dirty car. More
