Did not clean car before delivery, Found a used tampon My wife and I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon from Carvana last week. When it was delivered we were so excited. They Delivered the vehicle at 7 pm an My wife and I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon from Carvana last week. When it was delivered we were so excited. They Delivered the vehicle at 7 pm and gave us 15 min to test drive. The Vehicle drove great so we signed and were done. The next day I go out to check out the vehicle (since it was dark and raining the night before. I was shocked how filthy everything was inside of the vehicle. In the space tire compartment I found an old Enterprise rental agreement and a used tampon, Uhh... when I looked inside of the vehicle it was disgusting, food all over the back seats, straw wrappers under the seats. Needless to say I called to inform them of the problem. The first person I spoke with calmed me down and reassured me they would cover the cost to have it detailed and she would call me back to iron out the details. Didn't hear anything so I called back. The second person informed me they would not cover the cost of a full detail and disinfecting, But credit me $100. With everything going on I can not believe they would not clean a car before delivering. More

Easiest car sale transaction I’ve ever completed! Carvana offered me $2,200 more for my car than CarMax ($10,209 vs. $8,000). I provided my VIN and they made the offer. I scanned and emailed them my Carvana offered me $2,200 more for my car than CarMax ($10,209 vs. $8,000). I provided my VIN and they made the offer. I scanned and emailed them my title and drivers license. Two days later a Carvana employee came to my house, took a few pictures, and drove it around the block. I signed 3 documents, he gave me a check for $10,209, then he drove away in the car. It took less than 30 minutes. Not only did I receive an excellent price for my car, but the process could not have been any simpler. Thank you Alison! More
