A friend of mind recommended Carvana and shared her experience with me. She said it was so simple and straightforward. I was a little nervous about doing everything online and questioned if it was really that simple. When I found my 2017 330i BMW with 17K miles I had to give it a try. The process was indeed simple and straightforward. I picked my car, loaded my trade and personal information, contacted my bank for the loan, and set up insurance. After that I confirmed a delivery date and received the car. Carvana communicated with me throughout the whole process and answered all questions and concerns. They dropped my car off at my doorstep and loaded my trade within 30 minutes. I still can’t believe how easy it was. Would definitely used them again and recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle without the stress and hassle of going into a dealership. More

Follow up to my previous review. Got all paper work sent and that was great. Good job carvana. BUT now there is a mechanical issue. Carvana said this vehicle had not been in a wreck or had substantial work and that was great. Good job carvana. BUT now there is a mechanical issue. Carvana said this vehicle had not been in a wreck or had substantial work done. Who would think it a 2012 with only 20k miles. RIGHT? It is a great little van, my wife loves it. So at highway speed there was a shimmy, no big deal maybe a tire balance or something along those lines. I call carvana warranty company, they set me up with a shop 40 miles away. Strange, no one else works on their vehicles. So the repair facility drives my van and put it up on a lift, low and behold inside tire wear, and two 8 inch tears along the inside seam. Looking at the tire belt. Horrible safety issue. According to carvana inspection they were fine....NO THEY ARE NOT! So, it needs new tires, struts, and alignment. Warranty company authorized that work, BUT the rear tires are not in too bad shape, but all tires need to match. The warranty company refuses to either match the front tires to the existing rear brands, or replace all 4 tires, and just to top it off, the warranty company says and I quote, "we will only replace the front tires and only with the least expensive as possible." So Carvana lied about the true condition of the car as their safety inspection says the tires passed, and now they will not match or replace all 4 tires. And the warranty company told the repair facility there was, "A lot of frontend work had been done". So very, very unhappy now with Cavana. More

Amazing! Seriously I will buy every car from Carvana! Such an easy and quick process. I signed my paperwork and submitted all documents at 5am by 5pm I was good to go to pick up my car the next day. I love the fact that you can choose your car online and it will be delivered to your house. I purchased a 2015 Kia Sportage, I liked the car but I felt that I could do better.
