We originally were to purchase a 2014 Ford F-150. The truck had a mechanical issue found prior to delivery. We opted to swap it for a 2013 Ford F-150. Needless to say we had a bit of a rough start. I got my car March 13 2020. Carvana was outstanding. The man I spoke to to apply for credit to get the car was so nice and helpful. I was approved the next day. I chose to pick up my car. Thee car was deli man I spoke to to apply for credit to get the car was so nice and helpful. I was approved the next day. I chose to pick up my car. Thee car was delivered and we test drove it and I still had 7 days to return it for any reason and I could choose another one ..... I chose to keep the car it is awsome.
