I came across the SUV I wanted on the Carvana site late one Sunday evening just before bed time. I looked at the listing, read the Carfax and how easy it would be to buy the car right then with a 7-day return policy.... cool! I went through the steps, purchased the car and set a delivery date all in my pjs. I have never done anything so easy. The hardest part was waiting on the car. I wanted to pick it up because I love the vending machine. It was amazing. I drove the car around and told them I'd like to take it for the 7-day trial. I was in love the very first day. I had amazing phone conversations with the staff when I needed to ask a question about the car or place of delivery. The people were very nice over the phone. Thus far I can't say anything bad about my experience. I am VERY happy with my purchase. More
