Excellent service from start to finish. We were guided through the full process and it was seamless. Simple, fast, easy. Far better than going to a dealership. With all the time I spent shopping around I kept coming back to Carvana because of their prices. After trying the dealership way and not finding anything I was happy with I finally just went through Carvana. Found a car I wanted for several thousand less than any dealership was offering. Only took a few minutes online to finish the buying process and my car was delivered to my house 2 days later. Never even had to leave my house. The car's great. Every employee was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend trying Carvana. More

Happy Dance Watching the tv ads, I said "nothing worth while, is that easy". I've always wanted a Jeep after I was assigned one in the Army. I opened up my kindle, went to the carvana web site, picked out my jeep, answered a few questions, submitted the requested forms,and was approved within an hour. Easy,Peasy!! Had a happy dance 💃 party, called my insurance agent, who asked a lot of questions about Carvana, and had all my documents in place for delivery day. More

I was contacted by an outside buyer named Alison after listed my Honda Fit on Craigslist and she was great to work with together with the team at Carvana. Not only did they offer me more than double the m listed my Honda Fit on Craigslist and she was great to work with together with the team at Carvana. Hassle Free it was not. First you had advertised a car I was interested in with a moon roof and tow pkg. It had neither one. I then picked a different car same model. Thought we were all set again. This was interested in with a moon roof and tow pkg. It had neither one. I then picked a different car same model. Thought we were all set again. This was after I had to sign the contract twice since you had my FB profile as a signature. The car was delayed and I received an email the day before. When it was finally delivered the guy who dropped it off was so professional and nice. A few days later when I was familiarizing myself with the car I noted there was no SD card in the vehicle. Why you would sell a car without checking that out I really can’t say. I was also told I would receive a check for the inconvenience of the delivery. Well obviously I haven’t heard about that. I know a few people that say they had good experiences but I can’t say that. I work at a hospital with many professional people and this would be a godsend to help with their busy schedule but they won’t get the recommendation from me. It’s a great concept but you don’t have it quite together yet. More
