I was hesitant, but now, no regrets!! I wanted an additional car and knew I didn't want to spend hours at a dealership, haggling for a price and filling out tons of paperwork! I did some research and it seemed Carvana came out on top with my findings. I felt they had better assurances if I wasn't happy with my purchase, so I spent a month or two looking at cars (I knew what make and model I wanted). I found what I still consider a bargain (2016 Nissan Rogue with only 10k miles)! I was a little hesitant with going through with it, but it was the best decision I ever made! The process was simple and the people who contacted me were polite and friendly. There was a slight delay in delivery, but they were very apologetic. I got my car and couldn't be happier! I did find further imperfections that were not advertised. Nothing major, just minor light scratches. I called them to let them know, sent them photos, and they immediately agreed to send me $100 for the inconvenience! I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to buy a car! I've already recommended them to co-workers who are intrigued and interested. The referral scheme will give them a discount and money in my pocket! A no-brainer, on all counts!! More

The shopping and buying process is great. No hassles, no pressure. They follow up with you and work to resolve any issues for you.
