The purchase went smoothly, the car seemed fine, however the car broke down exactly 7 days after receiving it. The car had body damage from the transport which Carvana was going to pay for. A couple of engine lights came on and the car stopped in the street. This was extremely inconvenient and I cannot trade or return the car. The towing was free. The diagnosis was expensive and out of pocket. Im quite disappointed to be honest. More
I'd still do it again. There were big problems with the delivery of my car. I'm in Los Angeles and the day I bought the car online I was told it would be delivered in 48hrs There were big problems with the delivery of my car. But at the very time I placed the order the car was shipped from Arizona where it was, to Carvana HQ in Georgia. So I was told it would be another week as the car would take 2-3 days to get to Georgia, and 2-3 days more to ship it back to LA. When it finally arrived in Los Angels, I was told there was a small ship in the windshield and that they would be replacing it before delivery. I was pretty hot by this time as I knew about the chip, (very very small), and was willing to take it as it was; however the thought of getting a new windshield was OK. But here's the thing, everyone at Carvana communicated with me, kept me informed, and worked hard to get through these problems, Did I mention that the tow truck that delivered my car broke down about a mile from my house. 2 drivers got together, moved my car to another truck and got it here within an hour of the promised time! In the end I got my car, and I am VERY pleased with it. The shopping through the Carvana website, the ordering, financing, and the CAR FAX reports are brilliant! In the end I know that my case was an anomaly and everyone worked super hard to correct the problems. I'd like to thank Mason, Colleen, Victor, Jose, Angela and Robert for their professionalism and their courtesy. This one was tough, but yea, I'd do it all again, they have a great team! -TSR More
unbelievable I bought a car from them a month ago. Still have not received registration even after making my first payment. Found my car Inquired on the car, learned about the return policy, etc Secured my financing vehicle delivered to the vending machine inspected it, loved it - all little things had already been noted and reviewed on line singed a couple of papers out the door after a feature and functionality walk through with the vending machine rep! More

While at the time I was not ready to give up on selling it privately, Andrew would check in from time to time and when I did decide to sell to carvana he was there to help with the steps. The representative, Abdul, that came to pick up my car was professional and we completed the process within 10 minutes including his quick test drive. He had the check in the amount I was appraised online and gave me no problems when he came to see the car. Quick and easy process from start to finish. More

Purchased son a truck! Second purchase with Carvana and this was horrible. Was told a supervisor would reach out to me and I never heard from anyone. Very poor customer service. I’m pretty sure my first Carvana purchase is on my credit report you all pulled since I still have that vehicle. Not happy with purchase or overall dismissive customer service approach. More
