The first car I order I was very upset and the reason being they lost the car. I had to order another car which was postponed two times. I don’t have the car mats was told they will be sending a check to being they lost the car. I had to order another car which was postponed two times. Rescheduled Delivery I was given a delivery date of Jan 4th. I booked a nursing contract cross country, paid for an airbnb, and promised my old car to a friend who doesn't I was given a delivery date of Jan 4th. I booked a nursing contract cross country, paid for an airbnb, and promised my old car to a friend who doesn't have a vehicle. I called to confirm my delivery date the morning of Jan 2nd and was told everything was on schedule. I received a call later the same day informing me my car was now being delivered on the 10th. My contract starts Jan 12th in California and Im in Tennessee. There is no way I can reach my destination in time. I had to cancel the sale of my vehicle and inform my friend I was no longer able to give her my old car she so desperately needed. More

Buying A Car from Carvana is as easy as pie! What a wonderful experience I had buying a car from Carvana! I bought my beautiful newer car and sold my older car to Carvana while sitting in my livi What a wonderful experience I had buying a car from Carvana! I bought my beautiful newer car and sold my older car to Carvana while sitting in my living room looking at my computer. When I needed clarification, Carvana personnel promptly answered my calls. The people on the other end of the line were very pleasant patiently answering all of my many questions. The day my car was delivered, I was delightfully surprised because the truck was decorated with a frozen themed holiday wrap! The driver was warm, polite and very helpful. After verifying some details, he unloaded my newer car right in front of my home and then loaded my older car on the truck. He waved goodbye before he drove away. What an easy process! Wow! I recommend Carvana to everyone! More

I loved this car buying experience. It was like no other! The only downfall was that my car got delivered to the wrong Carvana in Chicago so they had to take it all the way back to Indiana just for it to com The only downfall was that my car got delivered to the wrong Carvana in Chicago so they had to take it all the way back to Indiana just for it to come back to the other Carvana in Chicago instead of just taking it from one spot in Chicago to the other which delayed me getting my car. Other than that it was a great experience and everyone was super friendly and helpful. More
