Yes. I've called both Carvana and Silverrock to get everything fixed. I will still take a lot of time to resolve all of the mechanical issues and also get the keyfob replaced, which they said that they order another one since the original came taped together. Unfortunately, we will have to leave the car at the dealership, the dealership will have to call Silverrock to get an insurance adjusters out, and eventually we'll get to use that car again after everything is fixed.
