Frustrating Experience with Carvana Registration Team I bought my Car from Carvana and waited for more than 45 days for my permanent registration to arrive in mail and it never did. Everytime I reached ou I bought my Car from Carvana and waited for more than 45 days for my permanent registration to arrive in mail and it never did. Everytime I reached out to Carvana customer support, there was no real answer. I was just told to wait few more days. Now my temporary registration has expired and I can't drive my car anymore. This was my first experience buying a car from online vendor and I have to say that next time I'll stick with traditional dealership to avoid the frustration and lack of customer support that I experienced with Carvana registration team. The only complaint that I had is that I had to submit files more than once, and the last time that it happened, I called to verify that they got the document that they needed, and two days later I got an email requesting the same document. So that is a little annoying. Also, they promised a $50 gift card that never made an appearance. But what is $50 in comparison to a new car in great shape? Other than that it was smooth sailing, and I am really pleased with how well it all went. The staff were friendly as well. I would recommend Carvana to everyone. More

I had a good experience with Carvana. I bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra SR. The customer service was friendly and I received my car as expected on Tuesday, December 17th. I have always dreaded purchasing cars and I have purchased over a dozen in my life and this was by far the best car purchase experience in my life. I would totally recommend this experience to someone who does not like haggling and wasting time. I arrived about 10 mins before my appointment, my sales person met with me exactly at my appointment time, it took me about 20 mins to do my test drive (I was not rushed) and about 10 mins when I returned to close the deal. More

Great service but issues with the cars and detailing Great customer service, not as impressed by vehicle inspections, lack of attention to detail in the vehicles’ detailing, and post-purchase app functio Great customer service, not as impressed by vehicle inspections, lack of attention to detail in the vehicles’ detailing, and post-purchase app functionality. 1) great - everyone I’ve spoken with or met face to face has been fantastic, super helpful and patient despite some weird messes on our end due to bank stupidity. Exchanging the first car was super easy, carvana stayed on top of me to ensure the transaction went through, the the pickup/drop off service was amazing. 2) not great - the first car I got had some places in the detailing that were just... not thorough. Worse was finding a pool of water in the spare tire compartment, and that the cover (and floor of trunk) was badly broken, which you didn’t see until you looked at the spare tire. Lastly, it was never reported that the windshield was replaced to my knowledge at least - and the replacement had a visual distortion that caused me headache and eye strain after a 45-minute drive on the highway. So I returned that car. Oh - and in the center console were the broken remains of parts from the steering column. Why were those there? Why was something broken on the steering column? It was a mystery I had no desire to solve as the car by this point was a clear “HECK NO”. The second car I got is... much better. It has some issues too, but I’m in love with it regardless. GREAT! The detailing job was WORSE, and I’ve got to get it fully redone now. But thanks to Carvana for giving me a $50 coupon, although that may not cover it all. The other oddness is that despite a clean vehicle history, clearly the rear fender is bent out of shape, and doesn’t sit flush with the trunk panel, sticking out considerably on the rear passenger side. Carvana is opening a repair ticket, and I hope they take proper care of me; but there were no photos or description on the site indicating the (obvious in person) issue. So... I have hope we will resolve this, but it is a bit frustrating. 3) software issues. Once I have purchased a car, and the listing is taken down, it would be GREAT if I could still see the listing, all the photos, features, warranty details quickly and easily. This seems like an obvious oversight, to me at least. The fact that it is NOT available feels almost... a little sneaky? I hate to say that, but when I wanted to look at details and compare photos to the car, etc., I could not. For example, I was positive this car had a backup camera. It does not. It isn’t a deal breaker, but I would have loved to reassure myself via the original listing. Same with the fender issue; I would have liked to compare the photos to make sure I didn’t overlook anything. Don’t get me wrong - I’m really happy with the current car, despite the fender issue, I just feel like woth a service like this, those final details and polish (especially on the literal car), make the difference between an “OK” experience that leaves you wanting just a little more, and a great one that is seamless and leaves you with nothing but happy thoughts and enthusiastically recommending to friends. So happy I have a car, but when people asked how I like Carvana, I hesitate a little before explaining the pros and cons of my experience. But seriously - your people are great! Give them all raises. Except for the folks doing the detailing. 2 cars in a row it SUCKED. More
