We found several options on Carvana's website available for delivery, and compared among them before choosing. The car was delivered on time and the driver was exceptionally helpful and prepared. The vehicle condition was good, except for some scratches/scuffs/etchingon the hood and front bumper. The images did not accurately convey the level of damage. The driver took additional pictures and notes, no questions asked, and Carvana is paying for a body shop to make repairs. I would have preferred to have higher quality and more images of the damage, but I am pleased that Carvana is taking care of it. More

I was left with a few issues to take care of. I love the idea of Caravana- they delivered the vehicle to my house. Would have made the car-purchasing process very simple EXCEPT for a few issues. Would have made the car-purchasing process very simple EXCEPT for a few issues. 1- The windshield was damaged during transit to me. By damaged I mean that there were dozens of tiny chips in the windshield, as well as couple of larger ones. This was brought to my attention when the vehicle arrived in my city and they offered to fix it prior to delivering, or let me take the vehicle and have it fixed on my own time. I chose the latter so that I could avoid further delay. To my surprise, when it came time to have this taken care of, the third-party warranty company "repaired" the damage (didn't replace). I had to call Carvana back and ask that they please replace the damaged windshield. After sending them photos they agreed, which required me to once again call the warranty company and schedule the service. 2- The fact that there ended up being a few(!) things about the 4Runner that were not originally pointed out. The floor matts were missing- as in there were none in the vehicle. I called and they gave me the option of providing generic matts or sending me a check to replace them on my own. I chose the latter. I also noticed one evening at the gas station under fluorescent lighting that there was some bad discoloration on the rear driver window panel. Once again I had to call Caravana and send them photos and then take it to a body shop for the estimate, which was approved, then drop off my vehicle and have it fixed. Lastly, there is a terribly annoying squeaking sound coming out of the driver side dash when the 4Runner is moving. Not bad enough that it can be heard over the radio but nonetheless to my trained ear it is there. I have so far taken it to two separate in-network mechanics under the warranty and neither has been able to pinpoint what is causing the issue. So I will have to continue to have it looked at, or just live with it. To Caravana's credit they have been so far very willing to take care of these issues and it hasn't cost me anything out of pocket, other than my time. I've had the vehicle for just over three weeks now and i've spent a lot of my free time scheduling appointments to get these issues taken care of. I would say that this experience buying from Caravana could have been amazing but it has been sullied with these issues. More
Initially I didn't trust carvana and mainly looking several dealers. I didn't believe in buying a car through online and I thought definitely I may get cheated, but honestly speaking, carvana done a gr several dealers. Overall, my experience with Carvana was positive. Customer service was friendly. The only frustration I experienced was the actual delivery of my vehicle, which was rescheduled twice. Although frustrating, Carvana customer care went above and beyond to acknowledge my inconvenience, including a $250 check. My suggestion would be to purchase a vehicle within the free to deliver market, or pick it up yourself. When my vehicle was finally delivered, I was greeted by a professional and friendly rep, who went over my paperwork with ease. Although clean, whoever detailed the vehicle did an awful job...but I didnt expect a new car since I purchased a used one. Mechanically, everything was as expected. I cannot review anything regarding registration, since it has not yet been completed...so fingers crossed I receive my plates soon. More
The whole buying a car online was sooo scared for me especially after my car was delayed.
