The entire process was an incredibly positive experience and so simple. The SUV we purchased is in great condition. My only minor complaint is that I did not realize the vehicle didn’t have two keys or the key fobs. I didn’t catch this when reviewing the car online. It cost us an additional $400 to buy a key fob from the dealer and to have it programmed. But other than this, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

My online experience with Carvana, I would rate five stars. During the online process, my experience with Carvana was fast, friendly, and incredibly easy. When I arrived to the dealership to pick up my stars. During the online process, my experience with Carvana was fast, friendly, and incredibly easy. When I arrived to the dealership to pick up my car, I put in the coin to retreave my car which then became stuck in the vending machine. It took over an hour and a half to get my car out of the vending machine which left me late for work. I did not receive as much as an apology or even an offer of a car wash from the dealership. I would rate my dealership experience as a one star experience. I will buy from Carvana again, but I will not go to the Tempe location where the customer service skills are lacking. More

I drove my 2013 XTS (trade in) a hundred miles to Frisco TX he took a couple pictures, and that was it. Was a little disappointed to find out the Ridgeline wouldn't fit in the vending machine I was really looking forward to that. So my vehicle was sitting in a bay with a big yellow bow on it. The only drawback, the truck didn't have floor mats and that wasn't listed in the description. Even this low-tech guy could figure out how to buy a car with a little help from the associates. More
