After 9 days of driving it the service engine light came on, I am curious if any of this came in their tests (obviously not, who knows?), so the engine light came on and it means that I have to replace the thermostat. Not a huge fix, but very disappointing to see this when I only have put on maybe 100 miles or so on this car since owning it. I gave a 4 star rating because the car came as described and the car does have some miles on it and things happen with things like that and could happen anywhere. Additionally, the customer support is very efficient and do a fantastic job at working with you about your car purchase. I am happy that it isn't a huge fix but this could be an expensive fix taking it to the mechanic. I would recommend buying a car from them, because if you buy a car from anyone and the car isn't under warranty anymore this could happen. They do a good job at the other aspects of being a dealer. Just disappointed with the amount of miles I have put on it and it is already costing more money.... More
This has been awful. I bought from them before but never will again and I'm now driving a car that within five days the oil light came on and the coolant light came on I had to take $40 worth of Lyft to get will again and I'm now driving a car that within five days the oil light came on and the coolant light came on I had to take $40 worth of Lyft to get it to a mechanic who never did an inspection because when I drove the car home, the tire pressure light all came on this car is a 2018 with 8000 miles on it and they did not do any inspection apparently because it had low fluids and low tire pressure. I used tti recommend carvana and this is my 2nd purchase. Never again. More

Initially I was thrilled to conduct a trade in and purchase online, but after contacting Carvana customer service with a couple concerns and then finding another, I’m probably not going to buy a car o purchase online, but after contacting Carvana customer service with a couple concerns and then finding another, I’m probably not going to buy a car online again. I love the vehicle, but there were a few things that bothered me. First, it seemed that the front bumper was drilled just to put a Carvana plate on the front bumper, after calling in (after failed attempt to get help online) and looking at the CarFax report, it was a California car and as such required a front license plate. Second, the car was advertised with a cargo net as one of the accessories. I mentioned this in my call to customer service and after the friendly call center rep put me on hold (presumably consult somebody else), she came back to inform me that the cargo net was a removable accessory and as such, the previous owner probably removed it. This irked me. We are talking a $40 accessory at best on a car i financed through Carvana and was flatly told to pound sand; more on sand in a bit by the way. I mentioned the missing cargo net upon delivery and the driver told me to just call customer service and they’ll take care of me....I did so, and they didn’t. Kind of shocking to be honest. Now about the sand. When I was looking at the holes drilled into the bumper I noticed a twig poking out from the plastic belly pan that shields the oil pan among other things underneath the car. I pulled on the twig to remove it and low and behold sand came pouring out of the little hole. I pushed up on the belly pan and it was weighed down with much, much more sand. I removed the back two bolts and removed probably ten pounds of sand and there is still more in there and I left it in there if my claim is doubted. Whatever damage there is had already been done and now I’m concerned that the ‘no flood damage’ is not accurate. It seems the Carvana ‘150 point inspection’ missed a couple things and I probably should take rh vehicle to a mechanic. Needles to say, a satisfied customer will tell a few people about a good experience and a dissatisfied customer will tell exponentially more, so here we are. No more online vehicle purchases for me! More

Although there was a mix up with my delivery Carvana made it right! Jaila was awesome! I called back to speak with Jaila once my delivery didn’t go as planned and got Vivian who was just as helpful. I was upset that my car would not be delivered to my home as planned but after driving to the pick up location here in Atlanta the young man who closed my sale made me glad I chose Carvana. More
Oh, Carvana... everything from the application process to pickup was pretty seamless. I would have given 5 stars easily. However - the vehicle I purchased not even 2 weeks ago, came with mechanical issues that have caused me to be in and out of the dealership with a car that I cannot yet operate. What should be an exciting time for me has turned into a huge inconvenience. I can’t believe that any vehicle would be listed or sold without being properly diagnosed and repaired first. This is absolutely unacceptable and frustrating. Please work on this in the future. More

When the truck arrived, there were 15-20 imperfections in the exterior that I wasn't aware of. The salesman also let me know that whoever prepped the truck had buffed it too hard in a few places causing paint damage. It also didn't come with a rear license plate holder. I have to take time to go get that fixed, although Carvana is covering the cost through the warranty. The salesman that delivered the vehicle was extremely pleasant and professional, I am happy with that interaction. Unsure if I would buy through this method again. More
