I put it on hold a couple of times so I could do a little homework. Perfect match for me! The car arrived ON TIME right to my driveway. The two delivery guys were so nice and polite. They explained everything to me very patiently. The seven day return option is really helpful as I took the car to our mechanic for check-up. He was very impressed! The follow up from Carvana via phone call came at day six. The call was made to see how I liked the car, if I would be keeping it and to explain that the title, plates and registration would be on their way shortly, and will arrive before the temporary plate expires. It was all so easy! I didn’t have to go out in the cold to shop or even to the Secretary of State for paperwork. Only one little downside, when I called a couple of times the hold time was a little long but all the great customer service overall made up for it. I would definitely recommend this car buying process to everyone! Thank you, love my car! More
