Quick and easy I must say this was by far the easiest way I have ever bought a used car. No salesman to deal with, no spending a whole day sitting in the dealership while the salesman and finance manager pretend to argue over the sales terms.. Very casual and laid back. The whole process happened online until the end when I picked up the car. My only complaint was that I drove from far northern NY to Philadelphia, PA (4 hours) to pick up the car to get the whole "Carvana vending machine" experience. When I arrived I was told the machine had been down for repairs for the last few days. I wish I would have been told that ahead of time so I could have just had it delivered closer to me and avoided the wasted day off work and all day drive to and from Philly (horrible traffic!) for an experience that never happened. Other than that it was a 5* experience. The person that handled the pickup in Philly was great. Like I said, the fastest and easiest way I have ever bought a car. I'll definitely do it again for my next car. More

When looking up cars on Carvana’s website, we weren’t expecting to purchase a car at all. We had searched local dealership inventory but had no time to go to a dealership. After searching on their websit expecting to purchase a car at all. We had searched local dealership inventory but had no time to go to a dealership. After searching on their website, we found the perfect car and got an estimate of what our trade in vehicle value would be. We were caught so off guard that little by little we continued to move through the steps of purchasing the car and 10 minutes later, we bought a car! From the little issues we had, Carvana provided excellent customer service and were extremely communicative. I would HIGHLY recommend buying a car from Carvana. Every employee that I spoke to was friendly and understanding. If we ever need a car again, we will definitely be buying our car from Carvana. More

Love my van but it only lasted 5 days.After my trip I start having issues with the van starting,in the shop ever since and they can't figure what's wrong with it. Great concept for cars, not trucks. I drove 3 hours to see the vending option with my grandkids only to be disappointed that my truck did not fit and was parked outside. I had to go get the tire repaired before I could drive it home. More
Originally I thought this process was amazing. The online portion of selecting the car, setting up financing, and initializing pick up/delivery seemed great! However, I got a call/email/text the morning I was supposed to pick up my first car on 11/23, and there was a mechanical issue and the pick up was delayed until 12/6. I needed a car ASAP, so I couldn’t wait that long. I looked through the site again and found the VW Passat and set up a new pick up for a week later on 11/30. That day I get a call that the car is ready, but there was transport damage. It was a big dent and scratch in the back. Carvana said that they could fix it (and delay pick up again), or I could take the car and we could work out the repair. Again, I needed a car so I took it. Once I got to the vending machine at my scheduled pick up time, I’m told that they’re running behind, so I didn’t actually get my car until an hour after I was supposed to, which kind of eliminates the ease of not going to a dealership. Once I picked up my car, there was the dent/scratch, but also more damage to the undercarriage protector. The guy helping with the sale, Jay, said that he would set up a ticket for the After Sales Repair team to call within 24-36 hours. I waited about 48 hours with no call before I called Caravana customer service. The rep I spoke with advised me that he didn’t see a ticket open for anyone to call, so he opened a ticket and I had to wait more time to be contacted. I’m now in the process of getting my damage fixed, but this whole process has been way more hassle than a normal dealership. I would recommend it if you are in a bind and can’t go up to a dealership, because the online shopping portion was great, but don’t expect a smooth ride the whole process. More
