I had the absolute worst experience buying a car with Carvana. Expectations were high and they got crushed. For starters when I arrived I found my car parked outside, instead of in the vending machine wh Carvana. Expectations were high and they got crushed. For starters when I arrived I found my car parked outside, instead of in the vending machine where it should have been. The associate told me that the vending machine had a malfunction that day so the machine was dow. That pissed me off. THEN as I'm waiting for paperwork and the opportunity to check out my new car a group of people came into carvana that had appointments scheduled for 2 days away. THEY got priority service over me, being on time and there to get a car. After they left I'm about to get my car then another group of people came in with an appointment 2 days away!! They got priority over me again, being on time to get my car!!! Finally I was able to get my car and leave but my entire carvana experience was awful. I seriously wouldn't recommend Carvana to anyone, if you do buy a car from them walk out and refinance immediately. Good luck. More
My experience has been great with Carvana! The car looks great and is in great condition. It was just as advertised. It was delivered about a week after the final approval and except for replacing the batte great and is in great condition. It was just as advertised. Customer support has been really helpful when I have haMd questions, although the wait time has been very long. I’m now waiting on the title and plate docs but my experience so far has been excellent. More

BUYER BEWARE Carvana claims to sell "accident free" vehicles. This simply untrue.I bought a luxury car from them a little over a year ago. I had the car for 3 mont Carvana claims to sell "accident free" vehicles. This simply untrue.I bought a luxury car from them a little over a year ago. I had the car for 3 months, and it spent most of the time in the dealership service center with the same issue. I finally decided I had purchased a lemon, but what could i do? I called Carvana they pulled a carfax on the car in an attempt to establish that is was not their fault. They told me I had been in accident in the car. This was not true, I have not been in an accident in over 25 years. Long story short, they sold a car without doing their diligence to be sure it was, in fact, accident free. The carfax report they put online to sell me the car was not up to date and the accident reported shortly after I purchased the car. When I brought this to their attention, I was given 2 basic choices, keep the Jaguar (I owed more than it was worth) or select a different car from their site. Circumstances forced me to go with option B. I would have filed a law suit but my year has been spent battling cancer instead. I just hate seeing Carvana get away with lying to the public. More

I was very skeptical about buying a truck online and unseen. I am happy to tell everyone it was the best experience buying a new vehicle I've ever had no salesman,no sales manager,no finance manager and unseen.
