So there I was on the train in Los Angeles on my way to Monday night football to watch the Baltimore Raven's. My phone rang and it was a nice lady named myzsa from carvana . She asked me if my 2016 Ford fusion was for sale ,I had a add on Craigslist for 2 weeks before this call . I told her it was still for sale and she asked me for a few minutes to give me a offer on my car. I told her yes and about 5 minutes later after answering a few questions she sent me an email with a great offer .I accepted it the next day and scheduled a drop off . I was a little skeptical going in thinking they would change the offer when I got there but it was honestly the best car selling experience I've ever had in my life.i showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment and within 15 minutes they had a Uber there paid for by them to take me back home. They had a check waiting for me with the exact amount we agreed upon. It was so smooth and such an easy transaction. I'll definitely deal with carvana again . Thanks carvana for everything!! More

Everything went well until delivery of car. Truck broke down on way to my house. So man had to drive my new car to my house and by then it was dark outside. I looked over car as best as I could and test dr down on way to my house. So man had to drive my new car to my house and by then it was dark outside. They were always so nice and accommodating and they were actually sincere when I had a problem. And I love how you guys honored the fact that I am an active military member. The only thing I have to add is that the day I got my car, I drove it to work and 2 of my tires blew out on the highway. The dealership said the tires where most likely dry rotted from inactive use and just sitting. I would recommend checking tires before driving it all the way to peoples houses. I missed a whole days worth of work and it was mostly silver rocks fault. You guys can do better as far as towing companies. Other than that Ive been recommending you guys to everyone I know! I'll be starting my family soon and I look forward to buying my next car with you very shortly. I LOVE CARVANA!!!!! More
